Morgan - 10 - Tank. Standard.

Konch - 5 - very concerning, I know they're fast but his experience should count for more than it did

Dyer - 7 - Mixed bag again, does brilliantly but missing final product, but if he had it he'd be at Arsenal

Drinkwater - 7 - Solid, used the ball well, get a foot in when it mattered, lacks a bit of guile

King - 7 - Bit quiet on the ball but great work off it, got a foot in when it mattered

Marshall - 8 - Great first half, and great penno, faded after though

Nuge - 6 - Off the pace still, but works well with Verdy

Vardy - 8 - great all round player, had some good efforts well saved, links up well with widemen & midfield

Schlupp - 9 - Brilliant move by NP, which helped cement the win, Schlupp was solid

Knockaert - 7 - never got chance to see the skill, but he got stuck in at the end

Beckford - - Can't score him. the transfer circumstances prob made him worse than usual

NP - Lead from the touchline, was on at every player for every minute of the game... a great guy to have in the trenches alongside you. Players responded well & his substitution of Schlupp on at LB, Konch to CB & Moore out to RB nullified their attack at key point in the match when it looked like they'd get the upper hand. Brilliant. Only weird one was giving his pal Beckford a chance who let him down as usual.

King 8 - thought he was awesome today. Kept us ticking over with sharp passing, tackled and tracked his men well.

Vardy 7.5 - great work rate and is getting better with each game. Decision making isn't still there fully yet.

Nuge 7 - linked well with Vardy and was a pain for the Blackpool defence.

Knockaert 6 - nothing too great today.

Schlupp 8 - might seem a lot for a sub but he was quality. Did everything that would've been asked of him and put one beauty into the box. Good

Marshall - 9 - Endless quality balls into the box and ran his heart out. Poor corners though, unlike him.

Vardy - 8 - Battled and made some good runs. Won the penalty. He is caught offside a lot though.

Schlupp - 7 - He coped well except for missing 1 header, obviously his pace lends itself to stopping wingers from beating him.

Referee - 6 - Good first half and second part of the second half. But early 2nd half there were a few clear penalties he didn't give, then the one he did give wasn't imo!

Blackpool - 7.5 - They were worthy of a point. Endless chances at the end, some bad misses (remind you of anyone?). Hit the post first half.

Schmeichel - 7.5 - Did what was needed of him when called upon. Distribution, while dangerous, needs to be chosen better. Too many long balls at the wrong times, small issue though.

SSL - 5.5 - Wasn't very impressed, exposed at RB

Morgan - 8.5 - Brick wall today, won headers and tackles all day.

Moore - 8 - Inexperienced and it showed on a couple of occasions but he grew into the game and looked very promising, looked fairly solid next to Morgan.

Konchesky - 5 - From what I've seen this season he could be a weak link. Some poor decisions where he faffs about on the ball instead of putting a boot through it, poor passing and weak in the challenge.

Marshall - 7.5 - Some very dangerous balls in the first half, poor corners, cracking free kick, great through ball for Vardy, scored the pen. Got found out a bit in the 2nd period and faded. Decent performance though.

Drinkwater - 6.5 - Promising first half but nothing of note and faded in the second, needs to get his head up and look for runners more if we're going to have a better balance in the centre.

King - 7.5 - Defended well, thought he was a good outlet on the break, got into forward positions a few times but didn't find the ball much in the final 3rd. Good passing and ball winning though.

Dyer - 7 - Not much of an end product as per usual, gets the ball in good positions, if he was good technically and had a brain he'd be a terror

Nugent - 6.5 - Worked well with Vardy, good link up play generally but didn't look much of a threat. Needs to get in dangerous positions more.

Vardy - 7.5 - Dangerous, needs to calm down a bit, hopefully the decision making and composure will come with experience at this level. Need to use his pace more, he crucifies flat footed defenders.

Subs:

Knockaert - 7 - Defended well. Like you said, didn't get much of an opportunity going forward but he pressed well and held up the ball when he could.

Beckford - 5 - Disappointing, needs to bag a couple soon.

Schlupp - 7.5 - Great work at left back. Held the line well, tracked his man, put in some good tackles down the touch line. Lost his man once when the ball was played over him to the back post which could have been costly.

Was at the game and these are my thoughts:

Kasper - 8 Was alert when he needed to be and made a cracking save before half time.

SSL - 6.5 - Looked good defensively but we needed someone who can cross to support BM - SSL couldn't.

Wes - 9 - Love the guy

Moore- 7 - Would be more but he made a shocking mistake under little pressure that could've cost us.

Konch- 7 - Surprised at the criticism, I thought he was good today and supported Dyer well.

Marshall - 8 - Excellent first half and Blackpool looked scared of him. Excellent pen but faded in second half.

DD - 7 - I thought he tacked and passed effectively and looked assured.

Kingy - 7 - Great to see him getting back to something like his best. Seems a better bet than James if he stays fit.

Dyer - 7 - Typically wholehearted performance from Lloyd, when he plays like this he's a nightmare for defenders, still no real end product though.

Nuge - 6.5 - Played well but seems to have lost his edge a little although the partnership with Reg looks promising.

Vardy - 8 - I thought he should've scored first half and does seem to get excited when presented with a chance but loads of potential - love his work rate and he's an absolute pest - he's only going to improve IMHO.

Konchesky 7 Solid in both positions, outweighed the odd mistake with some decent play going forwards and at cb.

Marshall 7 Corners poor but his crossing and general link up play was good.

King 8 MOTM For me our best player, was great going forward and defensively, think he's on to big things this season.

Drinkwater 7 Solid as all season.

Dyer 7 So one footed it hurts but a constant threat on counter attacks.

Vardy 7.5 Good showing today really got stuck in and a constant threat.

Nugent 7 Decent except he never really goes for headers, just pretends to which annoys me.
