Bettsj2 Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Why bring on 2 ****ing strikers when you are one up away at the top of the league? Whitbread should have came on instead of waghorn, did nothing and his stupid offside cost us the game. I can see why he did it. 2 guys up front chasing down and harrassing rather than another defender inviting pressure on. Thems the breaks at the minute. Gutting that over 2 games we've been far better than them but they're where they are and we're where we are.
lcfc will Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 We played well, what more can we do, if we win at Derby the world will look a lot better
lestajigs Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Gutted like most, but feel alot more possitive then before the game
Danno Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Hahahahaha this guy thought Wellens was 23. Is he having a laugh?
Foxfromburbage Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Fan on radio Leicester saying Wellens is 23 ,, HA HA
jonthefox Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Has someone hacked Foxestalk? Seems to be ok now.
Saxondale Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 HAHA! Oh dear, taxi for this caller. "Oh, I thought he was 23."
halfpipe Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Fan on radio Leicester saying Wellens is 23 ,, HA HA LMFAO. This is hilarious :'). Guys is clueless.
Guest Col city fan Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Much happier tonight. It sounds like St.Ledger played a blinder (I do like a proper defensive full-back). We played exactly how we should do away from home IMO... Controlled the midfield and hit them with pace. It does show how important it is, and has been all season, to take your chances when you get em and also that we are still conceding late ones!! This didn't happen much in Pearson's first tenure. Overall though, a bloody good result..
Danno Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 'Why does he wear a tracksuit when he can afford a suit' HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
hackneyfox Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 NFP said after Leeds that the late equalizer would feel like a win, they must be gutted. Just hope they can play like that against Derby and perhaps not bring on Vardy.
JonnyBoy Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 has this Dan lad lost his marbles???? whats wrong with him. Heads gone completely
Foxfromburbage Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 'Why does he wear a tracksuit when he can afford a suit' HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Was he on about Pearson ! He's cheered my night up !
Kitchandro Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Excellent support tonight. How many is that? Whether it's a 'good point' remains to be seen. Yes it's against the league leaders and our form is terrible, but it's not about what we expect to get anymore, it's what we need to get. I really hope that late goal doesn't dent confidence further. If this is to be a good point we need to beat Derby. We're closer to 7th than 4th still, at the moment it's looking like even if we make the play-offs we'll have to have an away second leg, which was unthinkable a month ago. I feel terrible right now.
Corky Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Needed to win, and didn't. A point might be good at another time but it isn't tonight. It's our own fault for not playing properly in previous games.
seenitall Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Hmmmmm six from twenty four, am I alone in thinking that sounds like a missed opportunity?
Ripperrooblue Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Sorry facts, were 1-0 up and our superb manager brings two strikers on, would Alex or arsene or Jose do that? Would they f**k as like. Buck stops at his door. Got it wrong AGAIN!
whoareyaaa Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 2 points dropped AGAIN... thought we had it in us to hold them out... ah well we carry on 3 points away from dropping out the play offs. some crucial games coming up do or die
Kitchandro Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 My username isn't blue anymore. We better not be doing a Cardiff and rebranding the forum
Guest ttfn Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 We've chucked away a ridiculous amount of points late on recently. I know we earned one against Leeds, but since this run started the impact of goals in the last 20 minutes has been: Peterborough -3 Charlton -2 Ipswich -1 Leeds +1 Sheffield Wed -1 Cardiff -2 So that's. 8 points lost in the last 20 minutes of the last 8 games. The character of the team needs to be called in to question.
JonnyBoy Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 what a massive 2 points dropped, yes i would of taken a point pre-match but not now. Not only is it 3 points but would of turned our confidence around completely. Also would be fantastic to see Cardiff bottling it again.
