dog_4 Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 This formation 4-3-3 with marshall, knockeart and kane to come on could be interesting! I think we should persist with this home and away! Work teams down and slap these 3 on for Dyer,Nugent and Wood!
Webbo Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 I said 'we're still top six'... how is that wrong? He's "in the know" he sits with the directors. He's obviously far wiser than us.
Ripperrooblue Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Such a stupid comment. Please bore off. Why do people like you feel it so difficult to support the club, regardless who's in charge like the majority do? Taking your trolling elsewhere ****. Sorry I forgot only pro manager comments allowed on here.... You forget why he came back.....MONEY!!!
JonnyBoy Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Such a stupid comment. Please bore off. Why do people like you feel it so difficult to support the club, regardless who's in charge like the majority do? Taking your trolling elsewhere ****. he could have a point though?
CKB Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 You said better than any other manager in the last ten years muppet.... The season isn't over so how canon judge yet!!?? I give up! What does a camera have to do with this?
paulsherwood1 Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Such a stupid comment. Please bore off. Why do people like you feel it so difficult to support the club, regardless who's in charge like the majority do? Taking your trolling elsewhere ****. So he's not allowed an opinion? And you class support as having to back a manager no matter what? Really? I support Leicester through and through but I chanted "pleat out" as loud as I could! Doesn't make me a worse supporter!!!
Ripperrooblue Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 He's "in the know" he sits with the directors. He's obviously far wiser than us. Only for a couple of games, season ticket for last twenty years in the kop. , unlike you who prob listen to radio leicester.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Derby havent won in nine games, over a month ago. We should definitely add to that misery, and since their cup run Millwllhave been even poorer. 2 very winnable games, and this result today might then look decent
Ripperrooblue Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 So he's not allowed an opinion? And you class support as having to back a manager no matter what? Really? I support Leicester through and through but I chanted "pleat out" as loud as I could! Doesn't make me a worse supporter!!! Love it! I did as well!
jonthefox Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Only for a couple of games, season ticket for last twenty years in the kop. , unlike you who prob listen to radio leicester. Blimey. He's a fiesty little fella isn't he ?.
cc_star Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Pearson cannot win - If he brought on a defender and we conceded the comments would have focused on him 'inviting pressure' and 'sitting back' He brought on a striker for a striker and he's tactically inept...again. Bore off or back the team! Bringing on a defender could have lead to more pressure & earlier. Cardiff smacked one in the box & it ended up going in. People blaming Vardy - I'd look more at Nuge & Wood not bagging solid chances made for them by Well ensuring & Dyer. Good point, if we go on to beat Derby - although surely our run against them is due to come under pressure. C'mon!
Ripperrooblue Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 What does a camera have to do with this? Canon are clearly quality so don't go there! Blimey. He's a fiesty little fella isn't he ?. Passionate I think it is!
MattyFromLE Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 he could have a point though? No. Just no. Pearson annoys and demotivates the players? Extremely unlikely! Maybe the toxic atmosphere in the stadium / on twitter / on the Moan in is partly to blame. I'm not asking people to support Pearson if they disagree with his appointment. I'm asking please just let him do his job, until the end of the season then spout shit like that all you want. Just get behind the club - they need our support more than ever, and people still insist on spouting bullshit rumours about why Pearson walks round headbutting people. Madness.
JonnyBoy Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 @Now_Football are tugging themselves over Schlupp now, am i missing something?
Corky Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 And perhaps we could stop looking to blame someone whenever we fail to win. We are Leicester. Statistically we're about in our average position since the beginning of time. It's who we are. I know. Vardy didn't play at Ipswich, didn't play against Wednesday. Was it his fault then that we played so badly, gave away soft goals?
Mark_w Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 You said better than any other manager in the last ten years muppet.... The season isn't over so how canon judge yet!!?? I give up! Ok, if we get 8 more points from the next 9 games I'll proudly proclaim that in ten seasons Nigel Pearson has twice achieved a higher points total in the Championship than any of our other managers in that time period.
paulsherwood1 Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 In my humble and not in the know opinion.... I think all this arguing will be futile come about 11am in the morning when Richard keys breaks the news that NP has left the club on talksport..... Only a hunch.... And probably a crap one!
CKB Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Blaming Vardy is pathetic, it's just the usual scapegoat bullshit!
StanSP Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Win as a team. Lose as a team. Draw as a team. Stop blaming Vardy! Stop blaming Pearson! Pearson actually made a shrewd decision to go with that starting line-up. You'd all be jumping through the roof if we held on! Why be so fickle?! It's a well-earned point, despite being only moments away from bagging all 3. Let's be optimistic about things - not many teams have gone to Cardiff and come away with anything. We battled hard, were more physical and definitely more than matched Cardiff for the majority of the match. The way I see it, it's 1 more point towards a possible promotion. Stop being so downbeat and stop scape-goating! This point SHOULD give us confidence to get 3 points at Derby on Saturday!
JonnyBoy Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 No. Just no. Pearson annoys and demotivates the players? Extremely unlikely! Madness. i agree with supporting the players etc and not booing, but the lad could have a point about Pearson, we are all blind to what goes on behind the changing room door. For all we know he could be kicking out all the ego's because he has an ego problem himself, certainly suggests that in some of his post-interviews But apparently you know all about his management style
paulsherwood1 Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Ok, if we get 8 more points from the next 9 games I'll proudly proclaim that in ten seasons Nigel Pearson has twice achieved a higher points total in the Championship than any of our other managers in that time period. . You forgot to add " with a wage bill approx 20 times what the other managers ( apart from Sven ) had..... Just saying.... It is quite important!
ADK Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Pearson dosn't inspire me anymore, i wouldn't be sorry if he got sacked tommorrow, on the other hand i don't dislike him either.
Mark_w Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 . You forgot to add " with a wage bill approx 20 times what the other managers ( apart from Sven ) had..... Just saying.... It is quite important! Only for one of those two seasons.
Deucalion Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 In my humble and not in the know opinion.... I think all this arguing will be futile come about 11am in the morning when Richard keys breaks the news that NP has left the club on talksport..... Only a hunch.... And probably a crap one! It's not going to happen though is it. What will happen is a load of people will get all wound up waiting for it to happen. They will continue to wind themselves and other fans up into a frenzy of Pearson out which, as someone else has pointed out, only makes the atmosphere around the club 'toxic' and ramps up the pressure and negativity. The owners would be mad to change any manager at this point, it's not like we are fighting relegation.
