Realism can only based on facts and figures. Yet now not only can I be slagged on for Optimism (Albeit sarcastic optimism), Pessimism, but today I have been slagged off and my opinion of having a realistic attitude has been question, argued and slagged off.

Nobody at the club seems to know how to sort out this " crisis in confidence "

steflcfc Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Considering St Ledger saying we have 9 cup finals before the derby game we certainly didnt play like it. Lack of confidence is really evident to see. If we play like this after a few losses confidence will be low a lot of the time if we get promotion. Think we need this break to collectively group together and put a line under the last 2 months and go back to basics.

On the plus side we still have to play nearly all the teams around us, so win them and 2nd place still possible? On the down side we still have to play the teams around us, who are in better form. Predicting with your heads not hearts, how many points will we get? And will it be enough to maintain our place in the playoffs? cc_star Posted 18 March 2013 Posted 18 March 2013 8 cup finals then We did have 9, but the players & manager forgot to turn up. so many 6pointers to play we could just as easily finish, 2nd or 9th.... personally I think predictions ain't worth shit, if anyone knew anything I'd be a multimillionaire... But I'm going to give a worthless prediction anyway. I think we'll be 4th or 5th in the playoffs as long as the team mentality we saw at Derby doesn't return.
