Boston Marathon hit by explosions

Recommended Posts

lol sorry. I didn't say it was definitely to be believed. And I don't know about the (seemingly controversial?) history of the site!

But yes, @jraske is still tweeting pictures and virtually live commentary of what's going on.

Alex Jones is a cvnt, that's all you need to know about infowars lol

You could easily find people that stupid in England. Very easily.

Or indeed most countries I'd wager.

Still, how some of those people fell for the mislabelled Australia is pretty vexing. Let alone the people who don't know how many sides a triangle has...

The mother of two men suspected of carrying out the Boston Marathon bombings has said she believes her sons are innocent and is "100% sure that this is set up".

Zubeidat Tsarnaev alleged that her oldest son, Tamerlan, was controlled by the FBI for years.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, is in custody after police cornered him in Watertown, near Boston.

His 26-year-old brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev, an alleged accomplice, was fatally injured in a shootout with officers earlier on Friday

In what way does a youtube clip of stupid people represent a country?

It doesn't thats not my point, its whenever people talk about stupid americans or some crime happening elsewhere people automatically then state 'oh we have stupid people here too' or 'yeah that tradegy could happen here'....very odd, you'll rarly find brits praising their own country....which is pretty sad.

It's just the very British way, we don't need to shout about how good we are, deep down, we know that over here everything is just... Better.

America is amazing, but I wouldn't want to live there, a lot of it seems very fake. Take their sport for instance, they have a lot of smoke and fireworks etc to make it entertaining but their two of their biggest sports (American Football and Baseball) are so boring, they need that sort of stuff.

In life I believe that it's always better to go quietly about your business and let your big results speak for themselves rater than shout about every little thing.

I'm very proud of our history. England has produced some sensational people with excellent talent, but I feel our current socity isn't one to be proud of.

I don't really get national pride. Being from somewhere doesn't seem like a legitimate source of pride to me. Pretty much everyone is from somewhere. It's not an achievement, it's a necessary part of being alive. I can understand having pride in human accomplishment but to specify that you will only feel pride if the human in question happened to come from within the same man made boundary as you just seems a bit weak. A bit desperate. A bit like admitting you've got nothing real in your own life to be proud of.

When I saw people posting about how stupid many Americans are, I thought people meant for believing the official story on these bombings and following events.

How anyone could believe the narrative is beyond me. Pure theatre, and the lockdown of Boston is certainly a sign of things to come. The USA is seriously f*&ked by the looks of it. Poor bastards.

A 19 year old student who spent most of his time studying (and doing very well) and socialising suddenly turns into John flipping Rambo. The baddest mother f*&ker in US history. There were many security men near the finish line at the marathon for hours, and yet these two men who were already known to security services not only supposedly hung around and committed the bombings, but then got away.

After that they supposedly killed a police officer in one incident at MIT. Then they had a big shootout with numerous other highly trained officers and miltary. More officers down and there is security everywhere, including in the air I presume, but 19 year old gets away on foot!

Then the whole city is locked down and 9000+ military and security patrol the streets, entering peoples homes (one big distraction and prep for future America if you ask me). Shortly after residents are allowed back outside a member of the public finds the 'suspect'. 9000 security forces couldn't find him, neither could the numerous black helicopters that were flying overhead with all their special cameras - but a resident 'finds' him.

Anyone who believes that this 19 year old is responsible for the bombings, the following shootouts and leading 9000+ of the USA's 'best' on a 7 hour manhunt is a bit silly imo.

Nail on the head again Moosey. Apart from in competitive sport (which of course is deliberately designed to invoke it and it shouldn't be taken too seriously), I really don't see the point of nationalism. We're all human, after all.
