Fox92 Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Great goal by Reid. He might get some stick about his weight, but you'll not find that many better technically gifted players than him at this level. Forest stick Greg Halford up front, yet have three strikers on the bench. Hilarious. He used to play up front for Colchester.
Guest Col city fan Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Christ! I'm feeling optimistic at the moment! But I've yet to see any side in the division (ok, only some on highlights) that I don't think we can beat. Bolton/Blackburn are looking pretty average. Forest (on the Tele just now) look ok, but are certainly beatable. I still think that QPR will probably win the league, but hey! on our day I think we can give em all a good run for their money. I hope I'm not made to eat my words but I'm feeling the most optimistic at the moment that I've felt for ages!
NewburyFox Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Watford are trying to pass it around, while Forest scrap and scrap to get it back before lumping it to Henderson. Looking solid at the moment unfortunately.
Monsell1976 Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Can't work out if I want forest to lose or Watford, detest them both, but I hate to say it but forest do look strong, and on early showing this season, they could be real contenders for the auto places.
RedHux Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Watford are trying to pass it around, while Forest scrap and scrap to get it back before lumping it to Henderson. Looking solid at the moment unfortunately. Halford. The drawback of us going ahead is that we'll just sit back and play on the break/hoofing it. Not pretty but then a BD away performance rarely is.
StanSP Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Not impressed with either team's passing. Watford using their width a lot but sometimes the passes leading up to any move forward are so amateur and mediocre. Not sure what Cassetti was thinking - since when were players so afraid of just knocking it back to the goal-keeper and playing safe? Similar to Drenthe yesterday for Reading which led to Blackpool's goal.
RedHux Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Nice of zola to take off their most threatening player. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4
The Year Of The Fox Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Can't believe I never bothered putting the McGugan bet on. I've been on about it all week. Would City fans boo a decent log serving player like that when coming off after refusing to celebrate scoring against us? I think not.
Vindaloo FOX Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 looks like Forest scum are going to bid for x Leed's scum Becchio .

People were giving Fryatt dogs' abuse a couple of years back.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 My mate and old football manager used to teach McGugan at Long Eaton secondary school. says he's a right bellend. Came across really well in that brief interview I thought.
RedHux Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Lewis got a healthy round of applause from most.I think Miller and Derbyshire showed why a CB is starting up front ahead of either of them.
whoareyaaa Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Millers complete lack of awareness cost Forest the 3 points. useless player.
KFS Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Lewis got a healthy round of applause from most. I think Miller and Derbyshire showed why a CB is starting up front ahead of either of them. Both were shocking, could easily be in League 1.
RedHux Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Both were shocking, could easily be in League 1. ..and yet they're probably our highest paid players.
Corky Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Good result today, four teams on 10 points seperated by two goals.
KFS Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 ..and yet they're probably our highest paid players.Always the way my friend!I thought you dominated and probably deserved the 3 points today. Scared of you guys for sure. I can see us beating Watford going on their performance today.
Happy Fox Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 I honestly believe us and the Redshite will be occupying those top 2 positions in the league.
Harry - LCFC Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Wigan continue to stutter. How pleasing ..and yet they're probably our highest paid players. Sounds remarkably similar to the situation we have at our end.
Harry - LCFC Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Hope not. Want him to stay in there a while so he can continue to drag Wigan down
Corky Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Given Wigan's early fixtures, only 5 points taken is a bonus for everyone else.
