Super_horns Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 . I can see us beating Watford going on their performance today. Certainly still got issues at the back so expect another high scoring game. Good game all around - we came back into it well but if Forest aren't in the top 6 then something major will have to go wrong. Solid at the back and dangerous on the break.
Bayfox Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Didn't we give Forest a goal back after they were leading in a game that got abandoned? Slightly different dont you think????
Matt Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Are Sky targetting Leeds this year? 3 games moved for Sky within 4 weeks. Our game v Leeds. Leeds v Sheff Wed. Then they are on this coming Saturday - QPR v Leeds. I'm not bothered, while they are fucking about with Leeds' games they are leaving us alone (Apart from when we play them, obviously), but just passing comment that Sky seem to be targetting a certain club just like they did with us last year.

Leeds are just a team of mid-table spoilers and are the worst club to televise, especially at away games against half decent sides like us and QPR. They will just blatantly play for a draw. The Watford Forest match yesterday was actually good viewing (mostly because of the hilarity of Ishmael Miller) because both sides wanted to win.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Wellens is leaving Doncaster already?

The Horse's Mouth Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Can't believe I never bothered putting the McGugan bet on. I've been on about it all week. Would City fans boo a decent log serving player like that when coming off after refusing to celebrate scoring against us? I think not. I think so.
Ric Flair Posted 27 August 2013 Posted 27 August 2013 http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11688/8890624/richie-wellens-is-set-to-cut-short-his-stay-at-doncaster-rovers Hahahahahaa I wonder where the coont is off to? I hope he cancels his contract and then next one falls through and he's on the bins come next Tuesday.
davieG Posted 27 August 2013 Posted 27 August 2013 Hmmmmm football's mess! Blues’ finances. Nikola Zigic’s draining of resources was brought up, with Clark revealing that if Blues were not paying his £55,000-a-week salary, their wage bill would be the second lowest in the Championship.

I read somewhere that he gets a wage increase every year and that if he sees out his remaining contract he'll end up on £75,000 a week.
RonnieTodger Posted 27 August 2013 Posted 27 August 2013 I read somewhere that he gets a wage increase every year and that if he sees out his remaining contract he'll end up on £75,000 a week. Disgraceful really. He's such an awful player, and he's quoted to have said he loves the club. If he loved them so much, he'd **** off and do them a favour.

Fox92 Posted 27 August 2013 Posted 27 August 2013 Hahahahahaa I wonder where the coont is off to? I hope he cancels his contract and then next one falls through and he's on the bins come next Tuesday. Might have personal problems? His daughter was ill which is why he could have had problems here. Nobody knows about it though because he doesn't talk about it on social networking websites. I wouldn't jump to conclusions, and he certainly isn't a 'coont' considering he was vital for us for two years straight.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 31 August 2013 Posted 31 August 2013 QPR are by no means playing teams off the park and look beatable. Hopefully they get a couple of losses and the dressing room breaks down again.
Danizen Posted 31 August 2013 Posted 31 August 2013 QPR are the only team I really want to fail. Hate the club, hate the manager, hate a lot of the players.
Kitchandro Posted 31 August 2013 Posted 31 August 2013 Hahahahahaa I wonder where the coont is off to? I hope he cancels his contract and then next one falls through and he's on the bins come next Tuesday. Well that's a bizarrely bitter post.
iamafox Posted 31 August 2013 Posted 31 August 2013 Forest and Boro both want Fryatt, interesting. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11688/8900125/transfer-news-middlesbrough-and-nottingham-forest-are-chasing-hulls-matty-fryatt
LCFC FOX Posted 31 August 2013 Posted 31 August 2013 Would never of thought when Fryatt and Hobbs were both playing for us that they would ever be both playing for the red shite
LCFC FOX Posted 31 August 2013 Posted 31 August 2013 Dougie Freedman says they are bottom due to bad attitude in the squad. They have Mills and Beckford
Guest Col city fan Posted 31 August 2013 Posted 31 August 2013 Dougie Freedman says they are bottom due to bad attitude in the squad. They have Mills and Beckford Freedman is doing an appalling job at Bolton and in Beckford and Mills he has signed a couple of real duffers. I'm so glad they are off our books and that some other sucker has taken on the burden. Beckford looked absolutely fookin awful today. If Freedman don't turn it around, and quick, he's gone I'd imagine.
Harry - LCFC Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Really can't imagine Bolton being where they are for long, surprised by them more than anyone else in the division so far. Freedman did very well with them last season and I expect something similar again, a poor run of games as short as this really doesn't constitute an "appalling job." Blackpool also surprising so far but again, very much doubt that'll continue. Lower mid table.
Guest ttfn Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Dougie Freedman says they are bottom due to bad attitude in the squad. They have Mills and Beckford No no no no no Beckford's a nice lad who gets his head down and works hard for the team and helps old ladies across the road.
Soar Fox Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Freedman didn't sign Matt Mills, Owen Coyle did. On another note, I saw a photo of Forest's away support at Wigan. Looked like they had sold out the entire stand behind the goal. Was impressive.
