StanSP Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Am I the only one who doesn't understand the Tottenham wank fest? I understand they are getting highly-rated players, but I feel all the title/challenge for the title shouts are way off the mark. They won't become instant world-beaters overnight.
Fox92 Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Manchester City would have been beaten if they played a better team. I think Hull played well, can take positives from the game, but they could have easily had three goals. I watched both Newcastle and Cardiff games on tv, saw the Hull highlights on MOTD, and don't think Manchester City look that good.

Jimothy Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 So basically Souness' conclusion on Welbeck and Sturridge is that Welbeck looks like he could do something special even though he never really has, so he's good, whilst Sturridge is doing something special but he never has before now, so therefore is shit. Yep makes sense!
MikeyT Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Liverpool a goal up inside 4 minutes against United. 1-0

Yep makes sense! Fantastic logic, Sturridge is certainly proving to be a great but for Liverpool, he was good at Chelsea so was surprised they sold him and stuck with Torres...
The Year Of The Fox Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 ****ing hate players in the situation who make a foul such as Carrick did just then That doesn't even make sense, you get my gist tho
Matt Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Man Utd are looking abit shit, Liverpool aren't much better.
breadandcheese Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Kagawa must surely be leaving Man U. Rooney injured and doesn't even make the bench. A good player being wasted.
Corky Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Moyesy will throw on Victor Anichebe second half.
Fox92 Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Van Persie might end up either getting sent off or substituted early. Looks fired up. Had a go at Agger early on, then just had a go with Skrtl and then Gerrard. Swansea winning at West Brom as well.

Been involved in couple incidents like that last season too, can't remember anything like that happening at Arsenal.

Leicesterpool Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Just compare David Moyes CV to the other top four managers!
Guest ttfn Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Just compare David Moyes CV to the other top four managers! Lets see where United are at the end of next season before judging him. The previous chap was in the job 26 years so it will take a while for "his" United to emerge.
Guest shearfox Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 The fall of Man United starts here it actually started when Fergie left I so hope they do bad...
Tom17LCFC Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Just compare David Moyes CV to the other top four managers! Ridiculous, look at the club he's been at with the financial constraints compared to the other top four managers...
fazzyfox Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 Just waiting for tannoy man to announce "Todays referee is Ryan Giggs". Player coach is one thing but player ref?
Matt Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 And the plastic scousers are everywhere on my facebook news feed...
Fox in the North Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 And the plastic scousers are everywhere on my facebook news feed... Well it'd be plastic united fans otherwise, so we don't win either way
The Year Of The Fox Posted 1 September 2013 Posted 1 September 2013 That a shit game. Marginally better than Man Utd v Chelsea perhaps
