Yet table topping Arsenal have;

 

Ramsey Flamini

Wilshere Ozil Cazorla

 

 

and therein lies the difference.

That midfield is a disgrace, almost championship level, I much prefer our midfield to that lol

Newcastle first win at old trafford for 40 years, Evertons first win in 20 years... just goes to show how good Fergie was.

 

First time they have lost 2 in a row for 11 years at home

 

Moyes won't last much longer

 

West Brom's first in 35 years too.

Seriously though, the midfield isn't good enough. They miss the goals, especially. I mean, players like Cantona, Beckham, even Keane, all chipped in with goals and especially Scholes who scored loads for them. I remember him getting a hattrick at Newcastle one year.

Pardew had his game plan spot on.

I'd like to see Suarez play in the Champions league before saying he's the best in the Premier League.

Alan Parry is just dreadful these days. What the hell is he watching? He thought the goalscorer had headed it across and it had been put in by the defender.

 

He sounds like a fvcking amateur all the time. Get him off, he dumbs down the coverage shockingly. Like Peter Drury on ITV. Or Clive Tyldesley on ITV. Or Ian Wright on ITV. Or Adrian Chiles on ITV. Or Andy Tow.....well anyone on ITV.

Does Mourinho ever give anyone credit?

 

Stoke were "very lucky to win" according to his post match interview, as were Everton earlier in the season apparently. That's not mentioning calling West Brom a "joke club", or whatever he said.

 

Used to like him, but he just get's on my nerves now.

The Prem is so much more interesting this year. I thought pre season it would be a two team thing with Chelsea and City but the fact that Arsenal and Liverpool are involved again is great.

Mourinho's return was so hyped up that even he couldn't live up to it.

It is, but if Arsenal stretch ahead it will be pretty boring, I was hoping for it to be much closer at the top.

Mourinho is missing some huge players from his first spell as manager which doesnt help, but his absolute refusal to credit another team is a bit pathetic to be honest.

 

He has trotted out the "for sure the best team lost" far too many times which i find particularly annoying.

 

Ive never really felt theyve played good football this season either frankly. I know hes not renowned for good football, but you cant even say theyre efficient either.

I know, but I think if Arsenal did manage to stretch a lead that would be credit to Wenger considering the other teams (and their spending). And they always seem like they will fall off.

True. I want him to prove people wrong. Everyone would expect some kind of bubble-bursting moment, but I'd be happy to see them just be steady and come out on top.

This has got to be Liverpool's best start to a season for a long time, anyone think they might actually have a chance?

I don't think they have a chance of winning it but if they stay in the top 4 that will be a great result for them, and will change their policy in the transfer market as they will be able to attract much better players. A bloke called Talksport last Sunday though calling for Rodgers to be sacked, ridiculous.

not of winning it, but certainly top 4 and theyve got a big future ahead
