Matt Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 How long's AVB got left? Gotta say my prediction of Tottenham doing well and having half a chance of challenging for the title was soooooo wrong.
AndWhat? Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 I seriously do think Liverpool are contenders this season.
RowlattsFox Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 Spurs defence just walking around there while Liverpool run through. Did think AVB would get the season but not so sure now.
Soar Fox Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 Spurs have got worse since AVB took over. I'm sure they regret turning down PSG approach for him in the summer.
Corky Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 How long's AVB got left? Gotta say my prediction of Tottenham doing well and having half a chance of challenging for the title was soooooo wrong. Gone tonight I reckon. They don't look like progressing, aren't scoring and conceding too many.
Kitchandro Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 It's not called the sacking season for nothing. Great display from Liverpool though.
cambridgefox Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 If Tottenham played with two up front today they would be nailed on for a win, however Liverpool's away form is dreadful so I think Spurs will edge it.close Wookie!its as if you chose my Foxestalk predictor yesterday.i got 1 right.
Dan Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 I think he'll be gone. That's twice in under a month they've been absolutely demolished now.
Tom17LCFC Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 Didn't even have a shot on target :xmasohmy:
foxfanazer Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 Love him or him, Suarez is out of this world!
Dan Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 Slowly starting to think he's third to Messi/Ronaldo.
Stadt Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 close Wookie!its as if you chose my Foxestalk predictor yesterday.i got 1 right.Ssssssshhhhhh!!!!
Stadt Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 Slowly starting to think he's third to Messi/Ronaldo.When he's scoring in the champions league, he probably could be.
Dan Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 When he's scoring in the champions league, he probably could be. That's why I say slowly. He'll be in there within the next year surely, and I see no reason why he won't stand out. He scores a silly amount of goals in a very decent footballing side, the quality of them are absolutely top draw. Best player in the league and quite comfortably for me too. He's amazing.

He's amazing. He is quality, but if they get CL then they'll be able to attract more top drawer players, they need to sort out their defence because none of them are fantastic.

He's amazing.I can feel next year's World Cup being Uruguay's tournament. I wish Suarez and his fellas well. He may have acted like a real twat in the past, but he seems to have left it all behind, instead focusing on football - the ban appears to have done its trick, too. He's unbelievably savvy this season and in the form of his life. I do hope he continues to stun the footballing world for the next five to ten years.
Fox92 Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 I admire Suarez, he's quality. Liverpool looked really good and I do think they are progressing now. Would like to see them back in Europe, which I think could happen this season. I doubt they'll win the league this year but I don't think they are a million miles away from being genuine title challengers in the next two or three years.

I'll agree to all of that when it's happened for years. I think Suarez has a nasty streak that he'll never lose, but he's behaved better this season and his football's been on another level. As for the World Cup - I've said it elsewhere, but it'll be another man who'll steal the show. 27 years old hitting the peak of his career, has come second in the Ballon D'Or heading into a year where his nation are in with their best chance in years of winning the World Cup - step forward Lionel.
Corky Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 Enjoying watching the Merseyside clubs, under young managers who encourage attractive, attacking football and improving players technically.

I kind of hope so tbh. He deserves to be that legendary.
Vacamion Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 Nice bit of loyalty... Tottenham rejects Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Emmanuel Adebayor were (unusually) quick off the blocks to stick the boot into their side after the crushing 5-0 defeat to Liverpool. Exiled duo Assou-Ekotto and Adebayor posted a picture of themselves smiling and posing (rather unfortunately making up the number five with their fingers) after the Reds’ rout at White Hart Lane. Assou-Ekotto, currently on loan at QPR, captioned the picture on Twitter with: ‘What a game tonight….happy to see my man @E_Adebayor ( ).’
Leicesterpool Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 AVB surely has to be sacked now? Who'd replace him? Is there actually anyone?
