I'm hovering up and down between 12th and 17th in the prem, but it's a joke. The amount of games I've been winning, then either ended up drawing or losing in and around the 90th minute. It must have happened 8 or 9 times now. No matter what formation you go for, or tactics you choose, it still happens. I've got a pretty decent squad as well (in my eyes anyway). GKs: Schmeichel, Fernando Henrique Defs: Cassaola, Ilori (loan), Shawcross, Rowe, Moore, De Laet, Morgan, De Silvestri, Iraola Mids: Honda, Huddlestone, Aguilar, Knockaert, Mahrez, Miyachi (loan), Drinkwater, Pavlovski, Zivkovic (loan), Asare, Att: Gabriel Barbosa, Dong Wong Ji, Vardy, Rodionov EDIT: Literally just happened again now. My job is in the balance, 3-2 up away at Villa, and they equalise in the 91st minute .

I blame the manager. People complain when it's too easy, complain when it's challenging. It's not very realistic at times but that doesn't mean it's unavoidable. Fairly easy to avoid if you learn your team talks and use your substitutions wisely. I can't remember the last time I lost winnable game from a 3 goal lead on any version of FM. I'm not saying that to look awesome, I just refute the claims that the game is out to get you. FM depends a little on RNG, of course it does, but it's mostly a logical game even if you don't agree with it's logic. Never stop looking at it like a big spreadsheet, no matter how fancy the skins get. It's just a bunch of formulae, nearly all of which you can learn.

Probably my happiest FM moment ever.... ... only to be ruined by FM14's "Realism" curse when i was awarded a transfer budget of £20 million pounds for the new season. So many things need fixing for FM15. Mostly how realistic the game is and how in keeping with the new money that is in Football.

Stadt Posted 27 May 2014 Posted 27 May 2014 I look at a few of the fm forums ('cos in shit) and they're seems to be a lot of people who claim the match engine is fixed or whatever and everybody just says it's your tactics. People seem too proud to admit they're just not as good at this particular fm especially the ones that have been playing "since championship manager".

NewburyFox Posted 28 May 2014 Posted 28 May 2014 I did brilliantly on FM12, terribly on FM13, and brilliantly again on FM14 so god knows. I've found a formula that works, my Wrexham are winning trophies and, most importantly, we have a conveyor belt of academy talent. That's the brilliant thing about being a Welsh club, I've got players littered in all the different ages as the quality isn't that high. I want to become the Wales manager and play a 100% Wrexham academy team in a match, but unfortunately it's 2030 and Chris Coleman is still in charge

ramboacdc Posted 28 May 2014 Posted 28 May 2014 i messed up everything on my one attempt. fired at leicester who ended up in league 2, mk dons i kept them respectable in league one losing a few play offs, went to swindon who were l2 and got them straight back up in 2nd place. got them mid table but could never breed a world beating team like i used to before. think i ended up going to wycombe and giving it up. gripped me once but i couldn't get into it again sadly.
