Super_horns Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Feel for Liverpool a bit because they've backed Suarez through the biting/racism and diving issues and this is how he treats them but then the manager himself hasn't showed a lot of loyalty to either us or Swansea in the past. Sadly just the way football is...
breadandcheese Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 There's no defending Suarez here. I'd rather they'd stayed quiet all summer than make a comment saying you wanted to leave England because of the media, and then try and join a club where it'll be even worse because they happen to be in the 'Champions' League. I agree re: Suarez. It's more a comment on Rooney and Bale (especially Rooney seeing as he wants to leave a club winning things).
The Horse's Mouth Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 "I'm still defending the Liverpool shirt and I will do so until the last minute. It's not that I'm desperate to leave" He says this after he realises he has no legal argument
MrSpaM Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 I honestly can not see how moving to Arsenal is going to change anything in terms of Suarez's life, surely he should be looking to go to a foreign team if he hates everybody here so much?
RonnieTodger Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 I was hoping he'd be going to Real Madrid after being linked with them earlier on. I don't watch that much Spanish football, so I'd be almost free of his rancid face appearing on my TV screen all day. Hate him and until he leaves, I can't stand Liverpool.
Babylon Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Can't stand Liverpool, hope they cry into their hubcaps about it.

He's pimped himself over at the Madrid end and with supposedly Madrid backing away from their pursuit of Bale it could be viable.
Jordan Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Suarez and his agent appear to have grossly misinterpreted the "release clause" (that's not really a release clause) in his contract. They also appear to have misinterpreted whatever "gentlemen's agreement" they had with Liverpool about a move to a Champions League team (although that was probably Rodgers et al. just reiterating to Suarez what the terms of the contract were). And now, Suarez and his agent--at least for now--look like they made a colossal miscalculation with the stunt they pulled with The Guardian. If Suarez doesn't make a big-money move to a top club this summer, then he seriously needs to fire his agent and every handler he has because it sure looks like he is receiving shitty advice from them Look, if what Liverpool were doing were so bad, and if Liverpool had egregiously broken promises they made to Suarez, then the PFA would be sending reps to Anfield and emailing press releases faster than you could say "negrito." But even Gordon Taylor has admitted that Suarez doesn't really have a "release clause," that Liverpool are under no obligation to sell him (and certainly no obligation to sell him below a fair value), and that the best they can do for Suarez is shrug and tell him to hang in there.
ealingfox Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 I could sympathize somewhat with the defences of his previous misdemeanours but the way he's treated Liverpool over the last week has been nothing short of despicable. He might not have a contractual method of escape but surely his position at Liverpool is untenable now? They'll all just have to hope now that Madrid bid 50-55 million (fair price for him I say) which would help all parties save the most face.
Dan Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 I wouldn't play the cvnt out of principle if I was Liverpool regardless of how good he is. They as a club have been laughably generous in their defence of him, yet despite this he still shits on the club. I'd take Europa League without the cvnt than 'Champions' League with.
Samilktray Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 I'm just enjoying seeing Liverpool get mugged off.
Mack Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 The Liverpool owner has released a statement saying Suarez is staying and they wont sell. I wonder....
Ford Super Sunday Posted 14 August 2013 Posted 14 August 2013 So he's definitely staying then. Liverpool fans, Jan 2013. Suarez is amazing, the best player in the world. If you dare to criticise him you're a cvnt. Ivanovic is a dick and Evra is a dick. Oh yeah so are the FA. Cvnts. SUAREZ FOREVER. Liverpool fans, July-August 2013. Suarez is a cvnt, you can take the disloyal little shit for £50 million. He and Arsenal are still massive cvnts. Never liked him anyway. Liverpool fans, August 13 2013- Suarez is amazing, the best player in the world. If you dare to criticise him you're a cvnt. Ivanovic is a dick and Evra is a dick. Oh yeah so are the FA. Cvnts. SUAREZ FOREVER. (TOLD YOU HE WAS STAYING.)
jonthefox Posted 14 August 2013 Posted 14 August 2013 I can't understand this. If a player wants to leave , then get rid.

SUAREZ FOREVER. (TOLD YOU HE WAS STAYING.) Fans get too wrapped up and emotional with players. It then leads to these reactions that you parody. All I ask of our players is to give everything and contribute while they are with us. They'll all go at some point, some will leave amicably, some might not. But I doubt many love the club and believe it's the best thing ever for their career. This Suarez situation has been protracted (and very dull), and yet we've actually not got anywhere. No bid accepted, player not leaving which is similar to many other "transfer sagas".
Jordan Posted 14 August 2013 Posted 14 August 2013 I can't understand this. If a player wants to leave , then get rid.Suarez signed a contract to play for Liverpool for five-and-a-half years when he made his transfer there in 2010, whether he likes it or not.
ozleicester Posted 9 December 2013 Posted 9 December 2013 Suarez Liverpool this year is fire. The number of balls into the most. For the transfer of the argument. Suarez himself said: "This year's Premier League, he will be at Liverpool." That do not know tomorrow. He is the Liverpool midfielder. He will save Liverpool's Premiership.Liverpool:/ GO. Came another message, Suarez scored another round of Premier League, Rogers said this after the game, "When you have such a great player, you certainly do not want him to leave. Working with him is an honor, I have a good relationship with him, his performance is great, the game is a pleasure to see him. " umm yeh.. what he said
