I think it was the fact that i loved GTA so much that Red Dead being set in the wild west and going round on horses just wasnt exciting. Bully was awesome would love a sequel.

leicsmac Posted 10 March 2015 Posted 10 March 2015 True, although Rockstar usually give the fans what they want, so I'm guessing will eventually make another - perhaps when the face-scanning technology used is widespread enough that it's more cost- and time-efficient to work with Red Dead… I don't know what it was about it, but I own the game and only played it once for about 2 hours. Never felt the urge to go back on it, and I love all Rockstar's open-world games. Would love to see Bully 2 but again it might be a few years before it happens I hated red dead. Heists come out for GTAO tomorrow RDR was dreadfully boring. Seems like this one divides opinons. Personally, I loved RDR and despise most of the GTA series, mainly on account of the plot and characterisation. I thought John Marston was actually really good as a tragic antihero, whereas most of the GTA guys are just straight-up sociopaths that can be used as an excuse to mow down as many people as you can. Of course, sometimes that's a little funny.

lgfualol Posted 10 March 2015 Posted 10 March 2015 RDR is up there as one of my favourite games ever. I had so much endless fun on it. Currently got the heist update for GTA 5 downloading whilst at work. I have hardly played GTA5 on my PS4, compared to the hours I put in on the Xbox. I'm looking forward to getting back on it.

Looking good for July. played this game recently on something..which i cant say. still good as it was back when it was frist released. dunno why they dont just release all of the God of war games instead....be better value imo...but hey ho. typical Sony

The new Tomb Raider game - although it's a timed exclusive. Something Microsoft failed to mention initially. Yawn. It's not good enough for a leading console platform to not manage more. But if people are happy, so be it.

Only so many times you can re release a game FFX and X2 are being released on PS4 having gone through the PS3 already. We'll be sitting here in ten years time with re-releases of a re-released re-release.
