Leicesterpool Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Didn't i tell you all this, last week?
Ian W LCFC Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Would love to get him, but don't think we will.
HoustonFox Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 More importantly Hammond's wages will be a lot less than Wellens'. I blame Wellens for that. Would love to get him, but don't think we will. Unfortunately. I think you are right on this. He would be a good addition though.
KFS Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Been sighted at Belvoir Drive Pics or it didn't happen
HoustonFox Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Been sighted at Belvoir Drive Lies! It was Nando's
Loggy88 Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Yeah be a good signing. We need mre options out wide, and he can play left or right wing so ideal for us.
Leicesterpool Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Lies! It was Nando's Correct Caught having a chicken sandwich with Billy Sharp so try and pick the bones out of that!
HoustonFox Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Correct Caught having a chicken sandwich with Billy Sharp More lies! We all know that Billy Sharp has the Extra Hot 1/2 chicken with Portuguese Rice and Corn on the Cob (good carbs)
ronnup Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 We wont sign him so we should close the thread. Mods? That's saved us all some time then...thanks mate.
kingfox Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Would take him in a heartbeat. We want someone who can get assists and score a few, Albrighton is that guy. We need a winger though, and I don't think Taylor-Fletcher is the answer. Would keep an eye on Graham Dorrans and Wes Hoolahan as well, not playing much for West Brom and Norwich recently.
foxfanazer Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Would be a cracking signing. Make it happen nige
GingerrrFox Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Nigel has history with Albrighton from his days with England. Personally I'd play him over Dyer, much more consistent player.
StanSP Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Didn't he score the 20,000th Premier League goal? I'll be disappointed if he comes in and doesn't bang in 20,000.
Guest Col city fan Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Decent player at this level. I'd be happy to have him as an option. NOT as one of those 'we must play him' deals though.
Hitesh Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Get him if we can afford it - a worthwhile option to have!
Leicesterpool Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 As anybody got Nigel's phone number? We've got to simply sign this lad, as much as i like Dyer, Albrighton is way better.
00rawat Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Pearson should go all out to bring him here quality player at this level and exactly what we need to get promoted out of this league.
Alex_LCFC Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 On his wikipedia it says hes joined us on loan
Callabinho Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 On his wikipedia it says hes joined us on loan It also said the Queen swallows once.
HoustonFox Posted 20 September 2013 Posted 20 September 2013 It also said the Queen swallows once. One swallow does not make a Summer.
Ric Flair Posted 20 September 2013 Posted 20 September 2013 says on sky going to sheep shaggers That's annoying, he'd be perfect for us. I'm happy with the start we've made but there are one or two players available that could really strengthen us. We've got a relatively easy 6 weeks coming up and then 2 months of very tough fixtures and i'd like us to maximise our chances of stacking up a lot of wins and it sets the tone for the season. I believe we need another winger and a striker ideally. Albrighton and Sharp are there for the taking.
bald reynard Posted 20 September 2013 Posted 20 September 2013 says on sky going to sheep shaggers The Burton Mail are saying this morning, that Clough won't be taking him until the end of September at the earliest. Apparently, Albrighton has a minor op this week. Also Clough wants him for the whole period until the January transfer window opens - and 93 days now, will mean he'll have to leave in December. The Sheep Sh**gers still have have him as their No.1 Loan target though - and it sounds like they'd like to sign him in January IF he impresses.
