MC Prussian Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 For the ones that actually can be bothered to use anything actively other than cutlery, glasses and plates: I go for my Wok. Never before has chopping and changing been so easy. Easy to clean, easy to use, can't burn or get burned. Win-Win-Win situation. And I love making all sorts of curries with it.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 It's either the pot or the kettle. Whichever's the blackest really. PS, from experience I can tell you that it is perfectly possible to burn stuff in a wok.
lcfc"weasel" Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 My wok is my favourite, make curries, spag bol, chilli, everything in mine. Even use it for a full breakfast as well.
bovril Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 The colander. Watching that boiling water drain off... ooohhhh yeaaahhh.
Webbo Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 I've got two silicone microwave egg poachers. Tres continental.
Guest Bilo Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 My wok and my George Foreman grill. On a bit of a weight loss/tone up drive at the moment, so both are proving useful.

Rincewind Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 If I was married I'd say the missus. The microwave. beaten to it. Damm
Mike Oxlong Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 If you're a Jock you've got to love the wooden spoon.
bovril Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 I like the word 'ladle', does that count? Great word! Can be a noun or a verb which is even better. I do love to ladle a big spoonful into my bowl... ahhh so satisfying.

I am Rod Hull Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 I'm looking for one if those to go with the set I got from TK Maxx the other week! I got it from the Burton-on-Trent store about 6 months ago. TK Maxx is great for stuff like this.
BoneDog Posted 24 September 2013 Posted 24 September 2013 I love the whisk. Oftentimes when I've got a big bowl in one hand with angel delight and milk in it, and the whisk in the other hand I stare out of the kitchen window and laugh like a lunatic. I really do love it that much. Bought a German vegetable knife the other day made from top quality Japanese steel, which is my 2nd favourite utensil at the moment. Not sure what gets the bronze medal so I might go and have a gander in the kitchon to try and find out.
goose2010 Posted 25 September 2013 Posted 25 September 2013 Do love this..... But this is my favourite........
Zingari Posted 25 September 2013 Posted 25 September 2013 I've got two silicone microwave egg poachers. Tres continental. Are you sure they aren't the wife's breast implants? edit; I think I meant padded bra inserts , but never mind.
