K1FOX Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Ticket details released. £15 a ticket. no excuse not to get a good crowd in my opinion. Teams in form, winnable tie and a chance of a quarter final. Time to be the 12th man. http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/270913-fulham-tickets-on-sale-from-wednesday-1081414.aspx

Lionator Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Would be disappointing if we couldn't get +20,000. Would've been nice if STH got in for a tenner but we should know by now how the footy business works.
jammie82uk Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Can't see it being any different to the derby game gonna be another poor turn out due to the ticket prices again
Larry_LCFC Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Can't see it being any different to the derby game gonna be another poor turn out due to the ticket prices again Its only £15 ffs. Last 16 of the cup, against premier league opposition. Its way too easy to blame the ticket prices.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Can't see it being any different to the derby game gonna be another poor turn out due to the ticket prices again I disagree for some reason Hoping for a good night with plenty of atmosphere.
jammie82uk Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 I will be paying and going to the game I'm just saying it will probably end up like the derby game with a poor turn out
StanSP Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Can't see it being any different to the derby game gonna be another poor turn out due to the ticket prices again Sorry, explain to me how these ticket prices are a bad thing?! It's £15 and we're hosting Premier League opposition! In our position, despite our form i.e in the Championship, £15 is a bargain to host Fulham. Please think before you post. Ticket prices cannot be blamed at all in this case for a poor attendance.

Fulham will not bring as many as Derby. They may be a premier league team, but most of our fans would see them as less of a draw than Derby. Same ticket prices as the Derby game, so i can`t see them getting more than 14000 again to be honest. Tickets should have been a tenner across the board and a quid for a kid, we may have got 20000 then.

The Year Of The Fox Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Theyre gonna sack Jol two days before we play them. Then theyll win.

I agree my uncle is a Arsenal fan and it's costing him £20 to sit in the "posh seats" against Chelsea in the game being played the same night

Well it`s the league cup, a competition where most clubs play their reserve teams. Rightly or wrongly, the league cup is seen as a chance to rest first team players and give some match practice to the fringe players these days, which is bound to have some fans thinking it`s a second rate competition and not worth paying fifteen of twenty quid for. Having said that, i will be there as usual.
Dickov22 Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 The way we are playing, the feel good factor around the club, the togetherness of the squad, the fact we are one of 2 (I think) Championship teams left..... We should surely be selling a decent amount for this game. GET BEHIND THE LADS
K1FOX Posted 28 September 2013 Author Posted 28 September 2013 Anyone who blames ticket prices for not turning up is a c*** £15 for a last 16 tie is decent and how many under 22's usually complain ? £10 a pop so no reason whatsoever not to be there
StanSP Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 I'm sorry i apologise I won't no longer have an opinion and will conform to your ways of thinking Yes, that's clearly what I was saying! You're blaming the ticket prices if there's a poor turn-out, yet the ticket prices are decent so a poor attendance shouldn't be blamed on that. Simple logic which failed to grasp.
Filbert_Ross Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 They should let all season ticket holders in for free and everyone else in for £5, then I enetered the real world and realised £15 is a fair price.
jonthefox Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Fair price, but even if they were free, someone would moan.
lc4lcfc Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 I'll be goin.. Hopefully with friends (hoping the mrs will be working haha)
stillwater Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Will a students be getting their tickets for a Fiver from DMU For this fixture? If so might have to get my daughter to get me one and save a tenner!!
Kitchandro Posted 28 September 2013 Posted 28 September 2013 Yeh tbf I'll probably go to this if it's £15. Then again if I was over 22 paying £20 I'd probably be disappointed it wasn't a bit cheaper. I still can't see it being a great crowd just because it's the league cup against a nothing club. If it's 20K I'll be pleasantly surprised. Looking at the picture in that article - is the Kop OAP central or what?
