Harry - LCFC Posted 31 October 2013 Posted 31 October 2013 Out of interest what was the comment he was replying to?????? I don't know, this took place a while ago, was probably pretty insulting I'd have thought.
LCFC FOX Posted 31 October 2013 Posted 31 October 2013 Just nahhhh running with the ball and hitting it from far out is harder to score than running and smashing a ball coming towards you
Unabomber Posted 31 October 2013 Posted 31 October 2013 running with the ball and hitting it from far out is harder to score than running and smashing a ball coming towards you No way, the technique for Gallys goal is way more impressive.
Corky Posted 31 October 2013 Posted 31 October 2013 running with the ball and hitting it from far out is harder to score than running and smashing a ball coming towards you Gallagher's hit was magnificent, to hit it so firmly and true first time arrowing straight into the top corner took some skill.
ScouseFox Posted 31 October 2013 Posted 31 October 2013 running with the ball and hitting it from far out is harder to score than running and smashing a ball coming towards you Ever so wrong.
Harry - LCFC Posted 31 October 2013 Posted 31 October 2013 Don't agree, in my experience it's much easier to hit a ball that you pushed forward than one coming at you. It's just a more natural way of striking it and it's what you're used to as well.
LCFC FOX Posted 31 October 2013 Posted 31 October 2013 Maybe it's just me then, I scored a lot of goals where people have either passed it backed for me to shoot or it just came to me and then smashing it towards goal. I find running with the ball with a man next to you and then shooting is much harder to score. I'm no pro by any means

As fans we don't know what goes on within the club, unless your the Kenster. So let's stop this unjust hatred for our out of favour players, don't forget it wasn't that long ago you were all righting Kingo off and praising Bbbbbbbbbbb, Blackburn Ben Marshmellow. It's a Fanny Fair Pleb game these days on here now! Ken says No

It's a Fanny Fair Pleb game these days on here now! Ken says No As if I just got called a pleb! I was actually praising Gallagher in this post as well! Although I do find it particularly 'plebbish' if I may, to spell one's name without the use of capital letters but I digress. Ken, thanks for another great 'Kentribution' if I may adopt the terms, FTers.

Harry - LCFC Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 You know **** all, about **** all you daft ****. You know he's on a wind up every time he posts right? That's all he does, just learn to accept it, I actually quite enjoy it now.

MattGamble92 Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 I don't think there is genuine hate for him. I dislike the fact him and Marshall and a few others like Danns had egos bigger than their football ability
Guest Col city fan Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Who actually re-signed Gally on such a lucrative contract?
cityfanlee23 Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 I saw a few people on here on news that PG had gone to PNE, that they will wish him good luck, and hope it's made permanent for him. Turns out paul feels the same. http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/football/preston-north-end/transfer-talk/news/gallagher-i-want-to-remain-at-preston_114931.html How will they afford the 20k a week? If he is willing to take a pay cut to get football, and get himself off our wage budget, It goes to show what sort of player he is, Let's hope that we can get more of these truly Loyal players in the future!
broughtonblue Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 I would of wished him all the best if he wasn't so selfish and took a wage cut. The fact hes a player who doesn't care about playing football and just wants the money annoys me.The player is coming to the end of his career, with a very young family and probably no idea how he will earn a living in ten years time, and you think he should take a pay cut? Would you?Gave great service to lcfc, and by all accounts was a terrific player to have in the dressing room as well.
indierich06 Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Why keep starting threads all the time? There's already a thread dedicated to Gallagher and his move to PNE, why bother starting another one?
Guest Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Why keep starting threads all the time? There's already a thread dedicated to Gallagher and his move to PNE, why bother starting another one? Cityfanlee is being 'controversial' and not using the search function
adam95581 Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 I think he's totally justified in saying what he's said! If anything he's gone up in my estimation for taking a drop in leagues in order to find first team football; maybe he's realised that where we're going as a club isn't somewhere that he's capable of going too! Good luck to him.
foxer Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 So it shows he probably is willing to take some kind of wage cut in order to go perm there to play regular football and thus not quite the mercenary that people have accused him of being.
Unabomber Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Who actually re-signed Gally on such a lucrative contract? Sven. He had a few good games under him, gets compared to David Beckham and gets a ridiculous new contract.
Mack Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Good! Don't let the door and all that. Long overdue.
cityfanlee23 Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Why keep starting threads all the time? There's already a thread dedicated to Gallagher and his move to PNE, why bother starting another one? Stop making new threads! Half the thread has been dedicated to abusing him, And I cannot be bothered getting involved in that perticular thread, lowering my standards to that of the average foxestalk user... Don't like it, don't look.... Boring me now, bye.
darko2k7 Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 So is that him asking for a transfer ? if that's the case we don't need to pay him any loyalty bonuses he is due and will save money on other fees . Well i think that's the way it works not 100 % certain .
