It's easy to say this place is full of idiots (and it definitely has it's fair share) but there's actually a lot of top people on here. Funny when you see the odd person on Twitter slate Foxestalk yet would probably get made look an idiot if they posted half of their drivel on here.

Whenever I look at other club's forums (not often, if there's a link on here or something), the quality of their forum is always poor compared to this. 

Agreed. I also read other clubs forums from time to time especially the team we are up against next. Foxestalk is one of the best forums around. The layouts on some are just plain simply awful. Also its one of the most active I've seen in this country. Apart from United, City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal you will not find another forum as active as this one

Best post: There's lots who I always enjoy reading and are always pretty spot on. Col city fan, Father Ted, Bert, Fox92, MattP, DanHD88, Haydos, Bilo and quite a few more.

Worst Poster: Cuddly Ken, Seenitall.

Biggest Wum: Cuddly Ken

Best Thread: MattP with people

Worst thread: can't think of one.

I enjoy reading most people's opinions on here and there's not one person who I wouldn't mind having a chat & beer with before or after a game. Even you Kingfox.

Not a lover of beer, so we'd have to settle for J20's.

 

Anyway, I think I can stake a claim as most improved poster of the year.

 

Reason being I haven't been banned in about six months, my cleanest streak yet.

 

And people like you Steve_Walsh5 aka I'll make a new account when I want, have said nice things about me, over the past year.

I only started posting here this year. I like it - a kind of self help group for those who sit in silence at the pub for fear of being ridiculed for their views on Lloyd Dyer, Nigel Pearson, immigrants, WTC 7, Justin Bieber, etc... (smiley winkey thing)

Seriously though.... all the posters seem top chaps. I haven't seen any genuine nastiness from any keyboard warriors, just the odd bit of dull trolling. Kudos to Ken for flying in the face of popularity and to Col City for sticking up for cup football! Many more... you'd all be good company down the pub I'm sure. We'll have to arrange a foxestalk beer festival in the summer to celebrate our promotion!

 

Here's to a great 2014 wherever you are!

 

 

The beer festival might be nice...I can't remember much about the last one except that it featured a lamp-post that wouldn't come to the game with me!

There's a fair few posters who I've got a lot of time for, some I generally agree with, some I don't. Off the top of my head there's MattP, stansp, finners, moosebreath, captain pancake face, tbjs, aooww, the year of the fox, danlcfc, babylon, col. There's loads more who contribute good stuff on a regular basis and there's ****ing tonnes of names that I can't remember that make this place decent.

Someone said I'd had the most repped post or something, wasn't that the Maynard one last year?

I'll try and be less of a serious **** next year!

Agree apart from numbers. Foxestalk is a little less busy but very similar in layout to our forum which is one reason I like coming on as an away fan. Decent banter on here and most posters aren't idiots which is a rarity on opposing teams forums.

The difference is, you're not a typical away fan who just comes on as a WUM.

You can actually put a decent post across and seem sound :thumbup:
