The difference is Kasper plays so many more games so he is bound to make the occasional mistake. Conrad plays 23 times a decade and pretty much makes at least one mistake each time.

Did you see the time when Logan was number one? Around 2005/2006 time? Did you see his mistake in the WBA cup game? Not being harsh but has Logan ever kept a clean sheet?
