Bournemouths pitch!

Nice to see that if you lose you seem to have got all your excuses in early then.

Lousy pitch, tiny ground etc.

All that's left is to blame the ref and you've got the set.

Oh and don't forget the wind, it's blowing a gale here right now.

This is worth checking out, although most of you are probably on your way by now.

btw. I intend using all of the above excuses should we not end up hammering you this afternoon.

We've forgot what losing feels like mate, what do you expect?

May actually cry if this gets postponed. Such a fantasic opportunity to extend our lead with either QPRr or Burnley having to drop points today. Please god, stop the rain.

There'll be showers today, some heavy some not that is guaranteed. The main problem will be how sodden the pitch is already, and whether they've been able to do anything with it. I have friends down in Bournemouth and they say it's been non-stop rain for the last few weeks, so there's been no time for the pitch to recover.

I do hope for our fans sake that we'll play, but I suspect it'll not suit our play at all if we do.

Four of our last five games have been won on heavy pitches.

This is true, but we've had to pull out the stops, and you might say we've been fortunate on one or two occasions. This pitch will truly be 'heavy' though methinks.

Yeah I can't disagree with that.

Wouldn't be surprised to see an extra man in midfield and maybe even a run out for GTF today.

Ok, I would be surprised, but you could see the logic.

Small?

 I've seen bigger tennis courts.

Basically our pitch is like small pony paddock, but without the ponies; as we tend to graze sheep on there during the week.

The green stuff you will see this afternoon isn't grass, its pond weed.
