To be honest we might worrying about nothing, all this talk about pitch inspections and covers or whatever is all talk.. It gets kinda annoying where different forum and threads are saying they've spoke to the groundsman and said "the pitch is fine!" or "there's no grass on the pitch" until we see an actual live picture of the pitch then lets just face it nobody on this earth knows!

If it goes ahead then theirs two teams playing the conditions. .. we'd just get on with it and hopefully come out on top... might be a game for woody n hammond to come off the bench n knock players about.. maybe gtf too... jus hope wasyl dont fly in on that wet surface wrn miss timing a tackle. Years ago this game would not be in doubt, they would of played, expectations and pitch quality are so much higher now.

I don't think it will be called off, it isn't expected to rain tomoz as long as they have covers or under soil heating we should be fine.

It needs to either stop raining so the game can go ahead with no negative affect on play

 

OR

It needs to rain so heavily the game is postponed.

 

It will probably be in the middle. Meaning we have to play on a shit pitch and end up losing our winning run.

I once knew a bloke who spoke to a geezer that's mate worked for Bournemouth. He told another bloke I kind of know that he once saw a pitch that had been rained on in a similar fashion to that of tomorrows.

Ultimately he told me that the game will definitely be called off.... unless it passes it's inspection thus allowing it to be played on. Apparently the game will then be ON.

Hopefully this sheds some light on the situation.
