I think Kasper should be doing better with the first. It wasn't a bad strike but it wasn't really ferociously hit and came a long way. You could tell Murray was shaping up to shoot as well.

Yeah, said this on the player ratings. I'd fancy myself to save that tbh... as you said Murray shaped up to hit it there, wasn't right in the corner, not the hardest strike. Should be stopping them.

He should have been closed down a bit better too.

If Kasper saves the first goal it would have been save of the century.

Just proves the moronic stick our fans gave the linesman was undeserved.

I said at the time that he got all the decisions right (apart from the goal as it was too quick for anyone to see at the game).

And what do you know....forrestieri was ONSIDE.

Actually thought Kasper had a poor game today, his decision making was dreadful at times

He almost cost us a goal when he did his best superman impression and completely missed the ball. He does seem rather hot-headed at times. Still think he is one of the best championship keepers though.

It wasn't just that decision though. From where I was sitting he appeared to get quite a few decisions wrong aside from the goal

Tbf, it looks like Wasyl is just playing him onside. Close call though

Agree it's close, but still feel just offside - but will admit it's not obvious, like it seemed in real time

I think their first goal is probably onside.  Very tight however.  Not sure we should be complaining given the 50/50s we've had go for us in the past 2 games before it.

Nowhere near as offside as it looked in real-time. Looks like as the ball leaves his boot Wasyl's back leg is just playing him on. Very difficult to tell for sure.

Murray scored the second. If Kasper had saved the first, the deflected shot of Forrestieri he might as well throw his gloves off and walk off the pitch, because he's never going to better that save in whole career.

But it's not the leg that decides whether a player is offside. It's the upper body.
