MC Prussian Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 They normally claim they don't care about us and the mediocre seasons after we were relegated from the top flight, as well as the League One stint for a year, gave them the upper hand in that argument. Now that we're flying high at the top of the table, jealousy has set in again - although I do acknowledge that there's a couple of decent posters on LTLF occasionally. But they're usually suffocated by the influx of what seems to be a bunch of braindead, obnoxious and deluded set of supporters. I find their recent bitterness a bit uncalled for - they're on a great run, too. Heck, 14 games unbeaten, and that with Davies' chop 'n change attitude and injuries left and right. One could think they ought to be a little bit more grateful for that.

They really are the worst set of supporters though, I can't name another club who's fans turn their backs on them as soon as things go bad claiming they don't follow them or football anymore. I even know of one who now supports the tigers. As for derby don't particularly like them but at least they stick by their team and seem to be a bit more knowledgeable about football though they should drop this lovin with forest because it is so embarrassing for them (both).

Quite staggering how many comments along the lines of "we'd be 10 points ahead of Leicester with a fit team", "I wouldn't have a single Leicester player in our team", "our team is ready made for the premier league, Leicester will need to buy a whole new team". Coming from the fans of a club whose manager has on both occasions set up his team to stifle our usual style. A team who (until Watford) had produced the most stunningly negative performance you are ever likely to see at the KP. A team, who when they had almost all their players fit were at one point 16 points behind us. They have some good players, Reid, Paterson, Lansbury, and a few more I wouldn't mind in our squad... it's just a shame these players have to perform in front of such a bunch of cretins.

Not missing fact that 'wes should been off' and 'we have 7 players out' She did say tho as I made her watch us tear derby apart earlier in season that we are a good side yet last night complete u-turn! All this and they don't care about us! After I had stop smiling I pointed out teams will never play well ever game but we are top for a reason. Maybe then singing 'top of the league, were Leicester city' was a step to far on my part!

Now I wasnt at the game tonight but saying 'we dominated leicester', 'leicester are sh*t', 'we only lost because we gifted them the goals', 'if they go up they would need to over haul everyone of thier squad, as with us most would make the step up', 'leicester is a sh*t city', 'we dont care about leicester we just want anal sex with derby' blah blah.. Where do I start with all that rubbish! Firstly, judging from the reports, we should of even gone on and won it at the end(with 10 men away from home) for me that shows how good we are as its proved in the CL this week how 10 vs 11 makes a huge difference when teams are well matched..Id like to hear peoples views who were at the game, who should of won, who were the better team tonight etc etc but from highlights/reports, seems we were better? Next, were sh*t? 10 clear at the top of the league? makes them look like they all have head injuries ..If were sh*t what are they? embaressing, yep. Only lost because they gifted us goals..Wes basically gave them a crucial goal, and they score a flukey header from a set piece..yep they totally opened us up..pfft. The next point about squads, Our squad is better and more equipped, we have a strong spine and a manager 50X better than their little knob head of a manager. He has a good prem record though does Billy, hopefully he can improve this time should they get lucky through the playoffs. Also the fact our squad has plenty of young talent, that could flourish in the prem being untested, the likes of Drinky, James, Knocky, Mayrez, Vardy, Moore do I need go on? They have premiership failures, such as Ried and Halford who are past thier bests and will never be anything more. Cox and Mackie proven to not be good enough. literally only Hobbs I could see from thier team as having a shot at the Prem, due to his upbringing at Liverpool. Leicester is a sh*thole is hilerious considering its from a Nottingham resident..that city is discusting..Id expect London, Bristol, Brighton to think that but really Nottingham? haha. Finally this anal loving with Derby and to actually think we give a toss is pathetic. Some Leicester fans maybe do wish the rivalry was more fiery, but alot of us dont actually give 1 bit of notice to Forest and dont want a rivalry. Forest are just important if a threat to us(same way Burnley are this season)..When Forest were struggling with relegation for example I wouldnt even look if they win lose or draw, they are insignificant to me. Having some love/hate with Derby is fine, but to think most of us really care is hopeful on their part. Deano, chill out, it' just a game.

Me and my lad look forward to this fixture more than any other away game, and it very seldom dissapoints (apart from the result most of the time!!).I hope that you lot go up (2nd or playoffs of course), I think as a club, forest deserve that too.Last nights game was another good game - forest bossed the first 15 mins. Leicester came back into it and then looked comfortable.I thought that you shaded the first half and was in control up until konch got sent off. Leicester seem to up their game then and could have nicked it in the end (which with ten men shows to me that we have that little bit extra this season that could take us up).Good luck for the rest of the season and lets make it an East mids treble.

Interesting considering Youngy compared the two teams in his post match analysis and stated that when looking at the 2 benches he wouldn't swap any of the Leicester subs for a single player in the Forest subs and he is an ex pro who knows what he is talking about, that Forest team got away with it tonight, basically our 10 men were stronger than their 11 Incorrect he is an ex pro who hasn't got the foggiest, can't even get some of the first team player's christian names right.
