RowlattsFox Posted 28 March 2014 Posted 28 March 2014 Would they? I've only been to Huddersfield the once, but I thought the whole stand is for away fans but is usually half filled (like Barnsley). Didn't we have the whole stand for the fa cup last year and we took 4000 and it was full.
Dan Posted 28 March 2014 Posted 28 March 2014 Hudds are looking at it and the logic of it all. Not saying it's going to happen mind. Police, home fans etc all to consider. They did something very similar for Sunderland once I thought that was Barnsley? Well based on WYP's attitude towards their game with Hull last year, I will be amazed if they agree to this.
Soup Posted 28 March 2014 Posted 28 March 2014 So SKY haven't yet made there decision about this game, even though they were suppose to say today.Wankers.Hope Murdoch chokes on his caviar tonight.

Soup Posted 28 March 2014 Posted 28 March 2014 They have. Not on Sky oh I take that back then.Apart from the last bit.
Leicesterpool Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 7K to Huddersfield would be fantastic! What is the record most leicester league away day? not counting the 8k to Forest as that was a cup game!
dayday Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 7K to Huddersfield would be fantastic! What is the record most leicester league away day? not counting the 8k to Forest as that was a cup game! I went to the Charlton vLeicester game at Upton Park in 92,think that was the year....we took thousands, cannot remember how many, but I am sure it was over 10,000
stuartn27 Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 I was their Ka Ching....think rumours were about 12k Didn't even check your tickets
Solihullfox Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 It was approx 12,000, awful bloody game but was like walking down Welford Road outside the ground. Also huge turnout at Fulham when Ian Wilson scored.
CosbehFox Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 I thought that was Barnsley? Well based on WYP's attitude towards their game with Hull last year, I will be amazed if they agree to this. Sunderland when they had Phillips and Quinn upfront
promised land Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 7K to Huddersfield would be fantastic! What is the record most leicester league away day? not counting the 8k to Forest as that was a cup game! Speaking to someone today, this could well happen as the away ends holds 3500 and the rest would be up one side where there aren't any season ticket holders sitting.
Leicester1884Filbert Posted 30 March 2014 Posted 30 March 2014 We've asked for extra tickets 100%. how you know this, they have not even announced sale dates yet?
Ashley Posted 30 March 2014 Posted 30 March 2014 how you know this, they have not even announced sale dates yet? Friends with Huddersfield fans they confirmed it.
Simmo86 Posted 30 March 2014 Posted 30 March 2014 http://downatthemac.proboards.com/thread/90184/ticket-allocation?page=4
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 http://downatthemac.proboards.com/thread/90184/ticket-allocation?page=4 There's talk on there of people not renewing season tickets if they have to move to accommodate our increased allocation for this match. Absolutely ridiculous! Some of the responses on there are ludicrous. We want 3,000 extra seats that would otherwise remain empty and deny them the increased ticket revenue and some of them are acting like it's an outrage.
Dan Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Imagine not renewing your season ticket because you got moved for one game. Just wow.
absolutelegend Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 The games on my birthday. What an awesome birthday it will be. just need tickets :-) Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
BrummieFOX Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 If we do get this 7k, surely the club are going to have to do something to ensure we sell that amount. It would be a little embarrassing if we ask for this and then only shift 3k or so. If there's nothing to play for the club are going to have to make it free travel, cheap tickets or something. Free tickets would be class.

promised land Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 I reckon 7K isn't an unrealistic number to sell either, M1 about 90 minutes away, last away of the season and Championship (fingers crossed!). Maybe Huddersfield will say something like, ok you can have them on sale, no return so our owners pick up the bill if they don't sell them all. But this is a season to remember and if folks were camping out to get a play off away ticket last season, I'm sure enough will want to go to the last away.
stuartn27 Posted 2 April 2014 Posted 2 April 2014 Ka Ching.the 55 lads on our coach will be happy now Party tine
