Lionator Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/240314-club-statement-nigel-pearson-1439506.aspx Sounds like a dodgy curry.
Babylon Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Sounds like a doggy curry. Wouldn't put it past him after his Romanian adventure.
Happy Fox Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 I think we should all chip in and buy him a new pair of white trainers as a get well soon present, do you concur?
kingcarr21 Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson is in hospital for tests after being taken ill on Saturday. He was treated during his side's game at Blackburn and taken to hospital. The 50-year-old is expected to be released today Get well soon Pearson
kingcarr21 Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Think we should stand up and applaud him in the 1st minute against Yeovil to show he is number 1
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Need to give him some vocal support tomorrow night so he hears us all the way from the hospital. Get well soon Big Nige.
Merging Cultures Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 I think we should all chip in and buy him a new pair of white trainers as a get well soon present, do you concur? Only if we could get a little FoxesTalk motif stitched on somewhere. I think that would be quite amusing.
kingcarr21 Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 This isnt the first time he has had tests done for his heart. Could we potentially find ourselves in a situation where Pearson is told on medical grounds that being a manager isnt the career choice best suited for him. Imagine the list of managers queueing up at the door to take over at newly promoted leicester (assuming we get promoted which is nailed on i think) Could be a reason he hasnt discussed contract situation Clearly im speculating and im sure he will be fine.

Nah I wouldn't worry, they'll stick him on preventative meds before it comes to that.
kingcarr21 Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 bit gutted cause now warnock looking like he be at forest so he would be unavailable to manage us in prem but on a serious note truly hope he gets all clear and takes us to the promised land and beyond
Happy Fox Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 He needs rest I reckon, Shakey will do a job in his absence, no point pressuring NP to return give him the nescessary time off he needs.

Yeah what we really need is unsubstantiated wild speculation.
MPH Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Knowing Nige he'll be sat there in bed on the phone all the time discussing next seasons transfer targets with Walshy!
MC Prussian Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 It's part of his confusion tactics leading up to the Burnley game. But in all honesty, I hope it was nothing serious and get well soon again, Mr. Pearson!
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/240314-club-statement-nigel-pearson-1439506.aspx I hope he is ok. The fact that he remains in hospital from Saturday for further tests doesn't sound like this has been a minor illness. Wishing him a full and speedy recovery!
Callabinho Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 I wonder if this is the real reason he sits in the stands?
kingcarr21 Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Yeah what we really need is unsubstantiated wild speculation. it was merely just a thought im not shouting it from the rooftops

Hard to get stuff done on a Sunday!

Babylon Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 I wonder if this is the real reason he sits in the stands? Yeah getting a touchline ban was all part of an extravagant cover up.
VinceNoir Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 If he's out tomorrow, I hope someone rolls him in on a hospital bed after the game so he can slap everyone in the tunnel.
Guest Col city fan Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 He'll just be waiting on tests. Hard to get stuff done on a Sunday! Rubbish. It all depends on the nature of the tests and their urgency.
