It was an absolute disgrace - the first one of the season but still an anti-climax of the highest order. Half looked like they couldn't be arsed and half looked like they can't cut the mustard. They've achieved promotion and done us proud but Nigel in the dressing room will no doubt have given the players a stern word about standards and attitude.

Gained some respect for Jason Bourne as well for how defiant he's been. What the hell was Stringer doing though?! Whispering like he's hiding in the ladies toilet or something?

Stringer was trying to be Nigel Pearson .... calm and thoughtful and the opposite to the excited people overreacting around him. He's such a tosser, makes my blood boil.

Gingerballs Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 I phoned in for the first time ever but my point was that I didn't care about the result but the fans were awful from start to near the end. No promotion party tonight , hardly anyone left at the final whistle to applaud the players. My only negative comment towards the team was that I felt sorry for the likes of Liam Moore who was desperate to get back in the team and put on a show but conceded 4 goals. Not his fault but not good for confidence. So maybe should have played a stronger team

And I dont know where you sit but sk1 l1 and the family stand were all pretty full for a good 10mins after the game.
