Your life should be a documentary.

Imagine getting home 4 minutes later than planned, wtf did you do?

Sorry I meant 40 mintues later! Sorry I'm absolutely tired I've only been back about half an hour!

Great day,our fans good second half.Funny pitch invasion,i said I wouldn't go on as i'm too old for that,then suddenly i'm on.lol.

Loads more beer then got caught in the middle of a mass brawl in a Sheffield pub, tables and pint glasses flying.Blood everywhere.Strange way to end a good day.

but on the way home i sat opposite two celebrity actors! one of them being Toby Jones! from Hunger Games and Doctor Who! I can assure it was him, plus another actor was sitting with him i recognized from Waterloo Road and City Lights. Wanted to take a picture of him discreetly, but it was difficult angle to take a picture of him, could i have asked i suppose but I didn't wanna be rude.

Didn't want to be rude.

What do you say to people then if you want a picture taken with them.

"Can I have a fookin picture with you blud, you are no Jessica Ennis, but me want picture"

Great day!

Probably the best away game i've been to this season, albeit that's not many. Shame I stuggled to find anywhere to drink, I went to the Yorkshire Rose but after have 2 pints there they were queing to get it so moved on, went to the Gas Club but got turned away because it was 'members only' but i'm sure I saw City fans in there? I considered trying to find that Rick's Bar but it was nearing on 2pm so though by the time I found the place it wouldn't really be worth it so just went to the stadium and had a few pints there.

Anyway, the game, good, I though we played well, very well, heard a few people saying it wasn't very good, 'Ah it wasn't a classic but if we can play like that with big changes to the team and win', I though we played fine tbh, very happy with that performance, It wasn't quite our very best, but we don't need to be and it was a more than adequate performance that years ago i'd have dreamt of.

Dyer MOTM for me.

Can't believe Wood missed that chance when Dyer squared it, but perhaps i'll look at the highlights before slagging him off because I don't know how far away he was, from judgement of seeing it in real time I would say he just need to stick his leg out.

GTF played well. They all did really.

Was going mad when James hit that shot, really thought it had gone in, looking forward to hopefully seeing a replay of that too.

As for the pitch invasion, very happy, I feel like i've finally celebrated, I celebrated and enjoyed it when we got promoted and when we won the league but felt something was lacking, I was quite an euphoric as I thought and expected I would be, Ok i've ran on some grass but the celebrations were hightened and I enjoyed it, just hoping for the same next week - although wouldn't want it to spoil the trophy ceremony, we run on, enjoy it, get off before the ceremony, that's what i'm saying - The back on when Kasabian play! lol

RE: Wood. Correct. Think he just needed to slide in but it's no biggie. If it was a chance to win the match or get us back in to the match I'd be more aggrieved. But it wasn't so there's no need to be :).

RE: James' shot. I've also seen replays but too quick to tell and I haven't been bothered to slow it down on a replay. First impression was that it had gone in, but I'm beginning to think it bounced down, and only a little bit over (not the whole ball). There's no way the ref/linesman could have given it from how quick it was going and where they were.

As for pitch invasion, I can't see many thinking the same when it comes to going on then getting off . There'll be a few announcements before the match and during HT (which will no doubt be met with a chorus of boos) saying not to go on the pitch otherwise there'll be no trophy celebration or lap of honour. I'm personally non-plussed. If it happens, it happens and I hope all that do it enjoy it :).

If the club say it's ok then go on the pitch but if not then leave it because it would set a very bad atmosphere and be a bad example to the younger fans.

It's a shame Donny need the points sd a defeat next week would be a bit deflating but hopefully thatbwom't happen and we can have a great time

Easily the best team we've seen all season. Made all the more impressive because I thought your lads hardly got out of 2nd gear. Without doubt you were a class or two above us, which isn't saying a lot I know but I actually enjoyed the game anyway. You looked physically stronger, faster and more skilful all over the park so at the end I was quite pleased you didn't rub our noses in it.

Good luck next season, I'll follow your progress with great interest not least because we want to be where you are now and while I know we have long way to go, I personally think we'll get there eventually. By the looks of things your fans know how to party so what's ever happens next season, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. :D

Ah right so the James shot is debatable as a goal then? I didn't know if it was nearly in or not, I just saw it cannon off the crossbar, being the other end of the pitch obviously couldn't see if it was near the line or not, I just saw it hit the crossbar and thought it had but then saw everyone playing on so thought there was nothing to it.

I agree with pitch invasion I can see many going on and coming off which could scupper trophy celebration, e.t.c, which will be a shame, I have wanted a pitch invasion and I enjoyed it yesterday but like you i'm not too bothered either way, I'll go on if there is one but I did it yesterday i'm quite happy and if it makes trophy celebrations, lap of honour and other celebrations i'd rather not have one but what will be will be and we'll see what happens next week, take it as it comes.

Credit to Huddersfield, Scannel looked tricky. Old bearded looked composed and had a good range of passing, sometimes a little too Hollywood though

Yeah debatable. Officials would have to be 100% sure it crossed the line and there's just no way they could have been yesterday. There wasn't that many celebrations, if any, from our players. It was certainly nothing like Lampard vs Germany for example.

And I think police presence next week will have a bearing. Can't see it being anything like Huddersfield yesterday with only one line and considerable gaps in them. We know what Leicester policing/stewarding will be like! Much tougher!

I just think he didn't want people on the train to know he watched the bloody Hunger Games.

Don't know if it's a different chance to the one I saw on the stream (I missed about the first 25 mins), but the one he blazed over the bar had been flagged offside the whistle had gone and he just welled it.

That's different. There was one where we worked the ball well in to a good position for Dyer (as we did all match, really), he's cut it across the 6-yard box and Wood is there and just needs to slide in to tuck it away. Going by memory and no replays so maybe he was further away than first thinking but I think he could have attempted to get to it. Huddersfied cleared it with no other City players in the box nearby.

Thanks Acetriper,        it is pleasing to get a view from the opposition, we wish you and your club well,  good luck.
