norfolk-fox Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 Been online since 9am with no luck and restarting the queue on many occasions, after 12 I also kept trying to phone through and eventually at half 2 managed to join queue on there and after 30minute wait managed to get my season ticket. So keep trying the phones is my advice as will get message that they are busy with few holding/queue music playing followed by message then eventually you should get through.

Things may not have been so manic if they'd given current holders 2 weeks to relocate and renew. This.I want to move 8 seats to my right that will save me £100. Got to the ground at 2:30 to find the queue was closed it Was still going round to the end of the family stand! Spoke to a couple of blokes with clipboards and they said all the people in it were newbies. Took my name (and many others) and said if We could get there before 12 tomorrow We would be pushed through to the front of the queue. Don't finish work till 2 so can't do that, so all these newbies will get there season tickets at approx £70 cheaper than I will have to pay😟A weeks grace for existing season ticket holders to relocate wouldn't have hurt anybody!

I tried phoning and soon as message comes up I rung up and redialled and kept repeating until got through. I did get the music a few times for second or so then went onto message which then terminates call but then after about at least 10 attempts managed to join queue at number 10
