I'm currently unemployed but I've managed to get a loan to buy my ticket outright (probably a very dumb idea). Where there's a will there's a way.

That's the sort of dedication that takes you from the plastic camp to the fully fledged super supporter camp.

Where there's a will, there's normally some inheritance!

I wish, the only thing I inherited was my Dad's love of this football club and my Mum's resourcefulness.

Duh! Just got that.

Nah, forever plastic.

so how soon are we expecting the 7000 tickets to sell out. I dont get paid until the 15th and starting to think they will be sold out :(

My prediction, and I claim no inside knowledge, is that between 4,000 and 5,000 will have been sold by the end of today. Then I think it will slow, but the 7,000 will be sold by early next week. However I am quite sure that 'due to unprecedented demand' another 2,000 will be made available around mid May :vichai:

Wouldn't advise going down today.

I joined the q this morning at 9 ish and walked out with tickets at 12.30. At the time I joined the q was back to the away corner.

Interesting point you raise. However, no ground can have all season tickets. Clubs make more by selling tickets on a match by match basis so on that reasoning I do not think anymore will be made available? Hope I am wrong though.

If current estimates of 14,000 season ticket holders are correct, plus another 7,000 and add the away fans that should leave about 6-6,500 match day tickets available. So on that basis I'd be surprised if the club release any more.

I'd imagine they'll be holding some back for when the half-season ticket becomes available too.

All I get online is the "your are in a queue" page. Then it says I need to update Java. Which I did once my my security software was telling me its a serious thread so I'm gonna have to remove it again.

im also assuming that any current season ticket holders that havent renewed there tickets will also go on general sale. You never know there maybe the odd season ticket holder who for some strange reason doesnt renew theres.

doubt it though

There will be a few, death, illness, changes at work, marriage etc will always take a chunk out.

Latest website update says over 4,000 sold now, so it would look like they will go through the 5,000 mark by close of business this evening

Wonder if that includes renewals?

Foxes fans have turned out at King Power Stadium in their thousands in an effort to snap up their 2014/15 Season Tickets since the first sale on Tuesday morning.
A total of 7,000 Season Tickets were made available to new applicants from 9am yesterday, and after an overwhelming response from supporters, over 4,000 have already been sold.

To help accommodate the huge demand, the City Sales Centre (0844 815 5000) will remain open until 7pm on Wednesday and Thursday, while the City Fanstore at the stadium will stay open until 8pm on those days.

However, in order to service the large queues, doors to the Fanstore will close at 6pm on Wednesday, but fans can still come and join the queue this afternoon to get their hands on the tickets for next season.

Existing Season Ticket holders have exclusive access to their current seats until 6pm on Monday 2 June, with Season Tickets remaining on sale until 6pm on Monday 16 June.

My response was aimed at going down at that time. Half 1 would have been too late imo.
