kingfox Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Line Ups... France - Lloris, Debuchy, Varane, Sakho, Evra, Cabaye, Pogba, Matuidi, Valbuena, Griezmann, Benzema Honduras - Valladares, Figueroa, Beckeles, Bernardez, Izaguirre, Najar, Garrido, W.Palacios, Espinoza, Costly, Bengtson Even without Ribery this France team look good, some very exciting midfielders on show, and even though they have opted for Benzema, to have Giroud & Remy on the bench could prove vital. As we've seen throughout this World Cup so far though, no team is to be underestimated, Costly & Bengtson are capable of finding the net, also look out for Andy Najar.
Finnegan Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Thierry Henry, Clarence Seedorf... and Robbie Savage.
ScouseFox Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Mad that Benzema is only 26 sure he's been playing champions league for about 10 years at least
Vacamion Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Great save. France have by far the most eclectic set of hairstyles in this tournament, by the way...
Nalis Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Some amount of Thierry Henry arse licking from Jonathan Pearce there. France v Brazil in 98 was a great victory but one of the best world cup performances of all time?? **** off!
ScouseFox Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Palacios is just a bellend but he should've sent pogba off
The Doctor Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Palacios could have walked for that, but Pogba should have.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Pogba was silly to react, he is very fortunate to still be on...
Manwell Pablo Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 I long for the days when you basically had to commit ABH on the pitch to get sent off.
BoneDog Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 I've got money on a red card, was baying for blood there.
RowlattsFox Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Think the ref has gone for yellows because he didn't really know what happened.
Fox in the North Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Well he did get stamped on twice. I'd have kicked out if anyone did that to me. Both could and probably should have been reds.
Unabomber Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 All the ref had to do was give the initial foul on Pogba and none of that shit would've happened. Thank goodness he didn't send Pogba off though even though he should have.
Vacamion Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 History tells us that an Englishman would have been sent off for what Pogba did. Dirty Honduras, though.
Finnegan Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 I think that's good reffing. People will talk about consistency and the letter of the law but Palacios is being a pratt. It's not like Pogba has punched him, he's just kicked him off standing on him in what looks like self defence. Don't think it'd even be a yellow card in rugby, just handbags.
Vacamion Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 I've got money on a red card, was baying for blood there. The night is still young...
foxes_rule1978 Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Honduras are just there to kick you off the field
