If it means he is resting up through International breaks for Liverpool and he is fresher then it is better for us, no chance of him playing in the Euros in two years. Hopefully others will have progressed by then and moved Gerrard out the side.

Yeah I would say he is better alongside Terry but he is the best out of a poor bunch, get Stones in there along side him and plan for two years away.
