Sky only get news when it gets broke or leaked from a club. Pearson was fuming after the leak last week so has probably got everything on lock down so nothing comes out until its confirmed. I really hope this is the case anyway. But just cos it ain't on sky doesn't mean the deal isn't still on!

Esteban has said he wants to see that the fans care enough (have too much time on their hands) and so by reaching 100 pages he will know this is the right place to come. And if we are still at the 'interested' stage why is he signed sealed and delivered in a city shirt on here. As I say Sky would have be dribbling at the mouth over a possible signing of this nature but nothing from them I think tells a big story I'm afraid.

Why would Pearson be bothered if there'd been a leak that he was on our radar? He was bothered because a direct leak had come regarding the nature of the contract we'd offered which meant other clubs could come in and offer much more. That is why he was so pissed off.

I highly doubt that any signings will be announced today. I would assume he will be unveiled at the weekend - Sunday morning most probably, after he has watched us play, in the stands.
