Reason for it stalling apprently Think more likely he's recommended another right back (albeit Argentinian) now the Fanni deal has fallen through, which if true suggests he's still wanting to come here. However, it could and most probably is pure coincidence and that Alvarez was being scouted anyway.

It sounds like either we'll get him and everyone will be happy or he'll go to a top Spanish club and then we'll have to hold our hands up and say that's an understandable decision. It still would have been worth the try though and it sounds like we will have been close to getting him. Why anyone reads much into newspaper reports, let alone random foreign sites, blogs or anonymous Twitter accounts, is beyond me. Surely you can see now that they offer nothing of any worth where transfers are concerned. The only thing that causes a positive effect on the club is the confirmation from the club that he has signed. As much as it's interesting to hear about stuff from within the club, it's clearly not helping if what Pearson says is anything to go by. And this "I'm bored now, move on" stuff is just plain weird. We could be on the verge of a complicated agreement to bring in a quality player. Why would we stop that now to begin all over again with someone else? Just wait and see. It won't kill you.

Dont know much about him but im sure nige and co will being doing their homework on him. Never heard so much moaning bitching as I have on here, just be patient, it will all come good in the end. Most of the gash on here is from people thinking they have I fo, to be honest I trust my cats info more than theirs, I will await OFFICIAL confirmation before I believe anything. LTID
