You are joking I presume? How is he on the Premier League "Elite" list. He was dreadful yet again in a midweek cup game, his decisions are not just poor but often inexplicable, illogical, laws of physics defying and downright barmy. Obviously the monitoring system of referee performances is as ineffective as ever. Aaaaaaaaaaaah (I've just screamed).
