The Blue Moon Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 So, you agree that survival is more than possible, but think we should abandon it to have a slightly less long-shot at winning the FA Cup Yes. I'd rather risk it for the silverware. MC Prussian and misinterpretation go hand in hand so I'll spell it out. Relegation is more likely than winning the FA cup. Relegation is probable, but not definite. Winning the FA cup is improbable, but not impossible. Winning trophies is better than staying in a division.
MickyAdamsBaby Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 Did MON take cup games serious? My mate made me a complete LCFC DVD collection from 92 to present and he played players I've never heard of

Winning trophies is better than staying in a division. While I'd like to see us win the cup, I'd rather go the Stoke route of establishing then pushing on than the Birmingham route of up, win the cup and back down, and I think we'd be better set to win it that way. I wouldn't advocate throwing the cup to stay up, but I don't see this stupidity about relegation being pretty much certain so we should just give up and try to win the cup. Now kindly fuck off.

How did you manage to type ****? Every time I type **** it just comes up **** so I have to switch to fvck.
Bamba's Babes Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 Cambridge (A) - Romance Dover (A) - Romance Bolton (H) - Return of Heskey and Lennon. Derby (H) - They think they're the big shots so would be fin to put them in their place.
Dan Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 I say it every single time we play Derby but I'm always scared that they'll get us back. It just never seems to happen for whatever reason.
GaelicFox Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 Home tie and a relatively Stress free opposition , then he can rest a few and give a few a confidence booster Some of them lads have played 300+ mins in last 8 days Quite a shallow squad and the priority is obvious for everyone
The Doctor Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 How did you manage to type ****? Every time I type **** it just comes up **** so I have to switch to fvck. put a bit of BB code (e.g. bold tags) in the middle of it. They get parsed, so they don't show up, but the filter reads it as a word not in the filter.
promised land Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 I say it every single time we play Derby but I'm always scared that they'll get us back. It just never seems to happen for whatever reason. Be more imaginative, someone we haven't played for a long time, anyone home or a smaller club away. Ok then Rams at home! Fifth round a given! Seriously, a team we won't meet in the league this season would be fine for me.

Leicesterpool Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 **** sake I forgot those no-marks are through. Saying that I think we are so badly due a result there. Wouldn't mind that draw, still got a bit of unfinished business with Cardiff.
cambridgefox Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 I wonder who I want? Problem would be a small away capacity at Cambridge.Might need to call in some favours if so,or I can get a large contingent in the home end! Away fa cup 15% = 1445
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 Would like us to go to Anfield and get the result we deserved last week.
The Doctor Posted 3 January 2015 Posted 3 January 2015 When is the draw, for the fourth round? Monday evening, half 7 I think.
StanSP Posted 4 January 2015 Posted 4 January 2015 Cheers. No ****ers going to stop me now! :-) Is this the greatest moment of your life?
LCCFox96 Posted 4 January 2015 Posted 4 January 2015 A lower league side at home. A quieter game where we can hopefully pick a comfortable enough home win (nobody mention Burton Albion or Shrewsbury!), sparing us another hard fought all premier league tie of a bear pit match against a championship side. I'd be delighted with Cambridge United or Rochdale at home.

Seriously, a team we won't meet in the league this season would be fine for me. You just know we'll draw another uninspiring Premier League side. My nightmare draw is something like Swansea or Southampton.
ScouseFox Posted 4 January 2015 Posted 4 January 2015 not really bothered at all. won't be able to go (unless it's anfield/goodison) and don't think there's many appealing ties out there. something winnable i guess, but there's not a lot of them out there atm.
ScouseFox Posted 4 January 2015 Posted 4 January 2015 oh an i swear if it's cardiff away and we lose i will write a very strongly worded letter to the fa.
StanSP Posted 4 January 2015 Posted 4 January 2015 oh an i swear if it's cardiff away and we lose i will write a very strongly worded letter to the fa. Bet Bournemouth get Cardiff. Kermo chips a penalty and it goes in off the bar.
ealingfox Posted 4 January 2015 Posted 4 January 2015 Good call, like the sound of that. Does Dion Dublin still play up front? Donaldson 9Cunnington 10Elliott 11Dunk 15Simpson 21Appiah 29Akintunde 32Bird 35Foy 39Bevins Chiedozi just the 11 strikers according to BBC
