Crystal Palace Pre-Match Thread

Win this one and there is every chance we'll be sitting out of the bottom 3 this time next week. On the same day Hull are away at Man City and QPR are at home to Southampton, whilst Burnley don't play until Sunday. Villa are at home to Chelsea, so will probably lose too.

Absolutely this. Cracking team mate.

Agree bar james, not a fan,

Have cambiasso or drinkwater there and I'm happy,

Nugent links up the play better than ulloa and could compliment Kramaric well if given that free role in attacking midfield just behind kram

This.

However we still

NEED!!!! a centre back, hopefully huth,

Dorrans for definitely in my eyes.

Left back doesn't worry me too much, De Laet is okay there and an upgrade on Konchesky, him and schlupp attacking and defending together as a unit can cope for me.

;) sorry mate, just dont think james is up to the task, on their best day drinkwater is by far a better midfielder all round, neither of them have pulled up any trees this season and both have been off form, I'd rather get drinkwater some more game time and try to find his form over james.

3 in midfield. Don't care which 3 even, but just play 3 in there. Sick of us getting overrun week after week in the middle.

Vardy isn't a winger, so don't play him at all because he's not worthy of a place upfront at the moment.

Play a winger who can provide crosses for Ulloa and whoever plays up there with him. Albrighton probably.

Pick a goalie and stick with him.

Trolling surely? James has been good this season. Drinkwater hasn't.

Looking forward to this one. My U8s footy team are player mascots. I think  we will win it but time to drop either King or Drinks. We need a ball winner in there if we are only going to play 2 in the centre

James, Albrighton/Mahrez, Nugent and Hammond in.

It's sad to say but apart from the other Man Utd game Vardy has hardly offered anything this season and he's definitely not a winger. Hamer has been in decent form and I was disappointed to see him dropped.

Not this again Lee.

James is a better defender, better passer and works harder.

In the season we slipped up 2nd half and crept into the play-offs, quite a few players said it was down to James getting injured. The players rate him very highly and if they believe this, they themselves will play with more confidence with James on the pitch. I believe he is a key player for us even if it helps his team-mates play better just knowing he's on the pitch with them
