lestajigs Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Burnley have an unhinged Ings and missed out on Dorrans potentially to a Championship team QPR don't know their ass from their elbow and want to swap a loan player they've had five minutes but can't!! Hull missed out on Lennon and have just paid out compensation for a player they've just loaned out to the Florist and now the sheep shaggers and... Palace got Zaha (but he was already there) on a permanent and signed a couple of nobodies Villa....the less said the better Yeah were good great post
Dan Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 What about Villa? Did they sign anyone other than Carles Gil?

jammie82uk Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 What about Villa? Did they sign anyone other than Carles Gil? Scott Sinclair, Manchester City to Aston Villa, loan until end of season

Guest Bilo Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 confirmed so far US Mark Schwarzer, Chelsea to Leicester, free transfer Robert Huth, Stoke to Leicester, loan until end of season Michael Kelly, Aberdeen to Leicester, undisclosed Andreji Kramaric, HNK Rijeka to Leicester, £7.5m rising to a possible £9m Burnley Michael Keane, Manchester United to Burnley, undisclosed Hull no activity so far Crystal Palace Wilfried Zaha, Manchester United to Crystal Palace, undisclosed Andreas Breimyr, Bryne FK to Crystal Palace, undisclosed Keshi Anderson, Barton Rovers to Crystal Palace, undisclosed Pape Souare, Lille to Crystal Palace, undisclosed Shola Ameobi, free agent to Crystal Palace Jordon Mutch, QPR to Crystal Palace, £4.75m Yaya Sanogo, Arsenal to Crystal Palace, loan until end of season Lee Chung-Yong Bolton to Crystal Palace, undisclosed WBA Callum McManaman, Wigan to West Brom, undisclosed fee QPR Ryan Manning, Galway United to QPR, undisclosed Mauro Zarate, West Ham to QPR, loan until end of season When you look at everybody else, we haven't done badly. Palace's activity smacks of panic buying to me.
Dan Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 I'm sorry but we are nowhere near the worst on that list. Palace have panicked as per. Look at some of the shite they've brought in
Clever Fox Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Is the loan window open now for a few more weeks. ?
jammie82uk Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Is the loan window open now for a few more weeks. ? nope that's it now till the summer
Danizen Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 On the subject of the left back, I've seen a couple of posts on here that have suggested the reason we haven't brought in a left back is because Pearson believes that Chilwell will make the step up. Does anyone go to U21/U18 matches regularly? If so, what are your thoughts on him?

palace123 Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 I'm sorry but we are nowhere near the worst on that list. Palace have panicked as per. Look at some of the shite they've brought in Why would we need to panic? weve won 4 out the last 5 games Keshi Anderson and Andreas Breimyr are academy signings. We havent got a natural left back so we bought in Souare from Lille who weve been scouting for over a year. Zaha in the last few games looked back near his best and his fantastic bit of of business considering we sold him at £15m and bought him back for less than half. Lee Chung-Yong was brilliant for Bolton in the premierleague and we lacked a number 10 option which him and Mutch will give. Before the window we didnt have 1 single target man and had to play with a midget forward which didnt suit us and now we have Murray, Sanogo and Ameobi to bring the likes of Zaha and Bolasie more into play. Our squad is alot better not than before the window, I think weve been very well. I like your signings aswell by the way
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 No we have done nowhere near enough IMO Hopefully I'm proved wrong though

Not for me. Ameobi? Again, not for me. Mutch has never really lived up to the hype has he? Could go either way. I always did rate Chung-Young Lee but who knows how he'll take to this league now, he's been out of it a while. I don't think you've really had that great a January and nor am I convinced by Pardew, I do however think you will have enough to stay up as you are better than enough of the others already.
One Legged Beaver Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Palace signed Sanogo and Shola Ameobi?! Jesus Christ
AyewJoking Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Palace have signed a player they already had who barely starts a game (Zaha) so that's no big deal. but he will definitely score against us.
cc_star Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 No one did any business of note, except us. So it shows what a tough market it was for buyers so people moaning about the lack of a whole new squad should really pipe down a bit. Burnley hanging on to Ings shouldn't be overlooked though
BrummieFOX Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 No we have done nowhere near enough IMO Hopefully I'm proved wrong though Yea, it remains to be seen. We are only 3 points off safety and have strengthened more than most around us. We might have enough.
Guest Col city fan Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 West Bromwich have done best in my opinion. Fletcher is still a good player. As is MacManaman
Corky Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Didn't get done Really? The way some of the forum was carrying on I thought we'd missed out on a gem. Thanks for letting me know
EnderbyFox Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 His car got stuck in the snow on the A14 so he couldn't get to the ground on time
