Sweating

I would normally post this in Questions thread but since this is a common problem especially amongst men so I thought it merits its own thread. I would not say I have got bad sweating problem, whenever I sweat, it only leave very faint body odour but I tend to get sweat patches under my armpits a lot. I use Sure deodorant and Lynx body spray- I am aware Lynx is not efficient, I just apply it for the smell but I have been reading up on antiperspirants and are considering to buy a roll stick as Sure does not work at all.

Obviously, I sweat a lot during meetings or whenever I get nervous. I just thought we all should share tips as like I said earlier, it is really a common problem.  Feel free to take the piss out of me lol

Without sounding offensive are you a big bloke? My friend is quite big and sweats a lot, he doesn't have bad Oder but he has sweats patches under his arms.

Una is right use talc that might help.

If you go for a wee when you've got talc on your testes  you get white fingerprints on your trousers when you're putting it away.

Use talcum powder and then anti perspirant deodorant.

Nope, I am pretty skinny actually lol

How much tac powder do you apply and do you roll the deodorant right on top of it or to wipe off tac powder first then apply the deodorant?

Just a bit and it kinda just vanishes so you don't need to wipe it off then apply the deodorant. Man this convo is weird, thank god it is happening online with a stranger and not in the pub.

Exactly, that is why I opted to ask on the internet rather than amongst mates! :P

72 hour deodorant works for me.

Never even thought about talc, what a heroic suggestion.

I've never had a problem with it but if you don't want it visible maybe put a thin t shirt underneath your shirt so that soaks it up instead? Dunno if it would work, just sounded an amazing idea when I thought of it.
