RedSoxUK Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 Cambiasso would make a great 1st team coach, has the right charisma on the pitch, and if he transferred that off the pitch in a more of a teaching role, he could become the kind of backroom coach like Chris Powell.
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 I've 'heard' no such 'rumors' 'myself' but then what do I 'know'?
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 He'll be deservedly kicked out at the end of the season, but I can't see this happening, now or later.
Master Fox Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 You heard this from a mate of a mate close to the club, right? Connected.
Matt Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 Does Cambiasso have favourites? Dunno, depends if he has the bollocks to drop under-performing players or not whilst leaving players that has impressed on the bench - or even worse, not even select them for the bench.
Monsell1976 Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 How do you know? Pearson has got us promoted from the Championship and we pretty much know we'll at least be up there and competing for promotion if he stays, you don't know if swopping him for a total novice would have good or catastrophic ramifications. Phillips only experience so far in coaching is one season and one relegation from the Premier League. I don't know anything, but the rumour is that pearson is going and the two mentioned are to take over.So I gave my opinion, and that was if the owners are fed up with the results and antics, if we lose to hull, it wouldn't hurt to give them a go. End of my opinion, sorry if this doesn't fit in with the mighty pearson staying and taking us striaght back up.
bovril Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 This sounds like bollocks. Although I quite like Bentley's.
davieG Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 All this stuff about how great Cambiasso is and what a manager he would make for giving out instructions on the pitch those instructions would surely have been passed on and agreed by Pearson because if he was as arrogant as some would have us believe he wouldn't let him do it otherwise and would be dropped if he didn't
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 The Warburton rumour is infinitely more believable (and preferable) to this notion.
Unabomber Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 Two bald guys in charge of a football club in this day and age? Don't think so son.
SecretPro Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 Monk. Swansea. It can be done. If clubs only ever went with proven, premier league quality managers then there wouldn't be any managers.
Stan Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 What on earth is the point of this toolish part? Childish goading?
Vardinhio Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 Let's close this thread, have we really resorted to made up idiocy?
