Nailed on if we persist with Rodgers. Unbelievable he's still in post. Time is running out. If the club is waiting until after the WC that could prove suicidal no matter who is brought in to replace him. As a lifelong fan and the third of a four generation family who've supported this club across three different centuries, this is the most alienated I have ever felt. Worse than suffering through the Shipman years, administration or relegation to the third tier. We had finally climbed to the summit of English football only to jump off a cliff and throw it all away. Like many others I'm genuinely in despair! We must get vocal at the Palace game even if there is another false dawn, if we are to save our club from itself!.

Sure our current woes are not all down to Ward but let's get real, he's nowhere near good enough. We need heroics in key situations like Kasper frequently produced. Ward will never be capable of that. Surely Iverson must be given a chance.

Actually that's a lie, I laughed out loud. Get rid of this clown, Top! -
B’mouth v Leicester post match - pathetic again

After Bournemouth turned the game around in the space of 5 minutes the commentators remarked that they didn't see that coming. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. -
He's gutless, clueless and has an ego so large he will never learn from his mistakes, because in his mind he's never wrong - it's always someone else's fault. Many of us saw through him last season and some the season before. Stick with him and relegation is a certainty. Any fans who still believe otherwise are sadly deluded. Ask yourselves, if this gutless wonder were leading you into battle would you follow him? Come on, time to wake up, get vocal and use fan pressure to force Top to pull the trigger before it's too late!

A win here and we are on the way to mid-table security before the WC. Failure to capitalize on the momentum created by Monday's result and performance would be extremely damaging. As we saw against Forest, we are different class to our 'relegation' rivals. No amount of Rodgers' excuses will compensate for a failure to win on Saturday!.
-
It's a squad game. Iheanacho is a prolific striker, yes prolific, his strike rate proves it. Rodgers needs to find a way to give him more game time but due to his poor squad management and limited ability to manipulate his tactics effectively during a game that seems to be beyond him. What a waste!

Florist post match welcome back LEICESTER!

Fantastic result! Excellent performance. Some impressive goals and a clean sheet. And, the icing on the cake, it was against Forest! But... we mustn't get carried away. Forest were dreadful and will surely go down. Now we have to back tonight's result up with a win at Bournemouth. Avoiding relegation will still be a struggle, particularly with Rodgers still at the helm, but our upcoming fixtures give us a real chance to climb out of trouble before the World Cup. Clearly survival is our first priority but then, in the summer, our squad will need a big overhaul. For me, Rodgers can't be trusted with that task. The deadwood, including Rodgers, will need to be removed, players frozen out by Rodgers given a chance and the players being brought in should not be more square pegs, however talented. As far as the January window is concerned, if Iverson is not going to be given a chance, Ward must be replaced by a new keeper. This is a priority. The other main priority will be to secure the services of Maddison long term. Build the 'new' team around him. He should also be our next captain. The guy is critical to our survival and future success. Without him tonight, even against a very poor Forest side, the result would not have been the foregone conclusion it ended up being. -
Eleven nil and Spurs go top!
-
Rodgers as his club coach and Southgate in charge of England - Madders has no chance. The pressure to move on to a 'bigger' club will mount (no pun intended) if he wants to progress his career.
-
Exactly. Another decision that is difficult to fathom.

Matt Piper more than one of our own

Leicester fans all over the world are hurting right now but this self-serving excuse for a manager cannot be allowed to bring our proud club down. We must get behind Top and the team but we cannot ignore the saboteur in the dugout. He deserves every bit of the vitriol that's coming his way if he fails to do the honourable thing before the game against Villa. Once rid of him ownership, new coach, players and fans will come together, we'll rise up the league and then rebuild for our next assault on the so called premier league elite, -
The man is poison. He is in full self-preservation mode. This is sabotage. He has to go! The club simply has no other choice, If the club can't afford to sack him maybe we fans can have a whip round.
-
There is only one choice left. Sack him now! Anyone who suggests there is an alternative way forward must be deluded.
-
So needed a good laugh!
-
Absolutely right. And this is the main reason why Rodgers' teams usually fail to get over the line. We didn't get over the line when odds on to finish top 4 twice, why Liverpool failed to win the Premier League when in pole position to do so, why we've often fallen short in key European games and why, but for Chilwell's toe nail, we would have most likely lost the FA Cup final after being in a winning position. The man just cannot adapt.
-
Noticed when Evans went down and Cags started warming up that Cags enthusiastically responded to the away end chanting his name. Is Rodgers refusing to play him because he fears he'll be proved wrong? Crazy to suggest this but Rodgers will always put himself first ahead of the club let alone individual players.
-
This. I'm afraid that is what it might take.
-
Hitting bottom will certainly concentrate the minds of the decision makers at LCFC, but I expect the Board will wait, probably until after the Spurs game, before parting company with Rodgers. Our upcoming fixtures would be tough for an interim/new coach to take on, and if a new coach has not yet been lined up then it gives them a little more time to find one. A fresh start beginning with Forest at home and some winnable fixtures after that would re-energize the players and the fans and we would shoot up the table.
-
Sarina Wiegman!
-
And he made a brilliant save to deny Sterling a second before the latter scored his second. We are also looking less shaky at corners. Ward is the least of our problems right now.
-
Our squad is good enough to finish top half. The fact that these players have been contending in Europe the last few seasons confirms that. Yes, due to departures and no new signings we are weaker on paper starting this season, but clearly we are massively under performing. Failing to beat Brentford and Southampton at home and losing to 10 men from 0 - 0 today shows a lack of confidence, morale, mental toughness, tactical acumen and poor team selection. The responsibility for all of which can be laid at Rodgers' door. Where would the 9 points we have squandered put is in the league? Remove Rodgers and a new manager will reset and get far more out of the talented squad we already have. That will be sufficient to at least get us out of the bottom 3. Then rebuild starting in January but complete the job in the summer. Panic buying now with Rodgers still at the helm would be a huge mistake. For me, his time has run out!
-
Supposedly Rodgers came with the reputation of being a good man-manager. Playing players out of position and freezing others out altogether sets individuals and the team up to fail. That is the very definition of poor coaching. Pull the trigger now, Top, before we're cast adrift.

How can you give the captain's armband to Tielemans, who is clearly on the way out, when Maddison, a player whose contract you are looking to extend and the player you should be building your team around, is on the field?
