elangLCFC Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 We've all talked about the big moments this season (beating Man U, the recent run, drawing to Arsenal etc) but what's everybody's favourite small moments been? For me it'd be celebrating corners like goals, Cambiasso's pass vs Chelsea and retaining possession while on the floor and playing nutmegs against Man Utd. Just thought it'd be nice to look back on those times so what are yours?
TheSomersetFox Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 The Cambiasso ovation against Swansea when he came over to take that corner
Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Cambiasso's tackle on Cattermole towards the end of the game yesterday.
ScouseFox Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 When cambiasso passed it to himself and won a corner last week. Amazing. When schlupp tried to substitute himself but it was the oppo's number 15 coming off. Wasyl's tackle vs Newcastle. There will be loads more but they're a few recent ones stuck in my memory.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 The three nutmegs in a row V Man Utd. If that had ended in a goal it would have been one of the best goals we'd ever scored as a team move. Also, against Newcastle we had another opportunity to score a similar one but it didn't quite come off. They were just two passages of play that I never thought I'd see coming from a load of Leicester players.
ozleicester Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 When cambiasso passed it to himself and won a corner last week. Amazing. Does anyone have the footage of this.. i missed it on the stream
Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Any time waysl sprints I agree with this totally. It's even funnier when he is sprinting after somebody in particular; he fixes his eyes on them and looks as if he is going to strangle them when he catches them.
Unabomber Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 When Schlupp booted the ball out of play, I loved it all 300 times.
bovril Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Wasyl's tackle on their left winger yesterday, about the 75th minute. It's already a bit hazy in my mind after all the emotion but it just encapsulated why I watch football.
Corky Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Kramaric's 26 twists and turns in the same run v West Ham.
sdb Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Wasyl's scissor tackles are great Cambiasso's 'calm down' hand gesture every time we scored and then proceeded to lose our heads, between Sept-April Cambiasso clapping Schlupp last week after a run and cross - completely OTT Seeing tough man Skrtle get knocked out by a side footed Matty James (?) shot
LAprice_ Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Every single match where I look down at the pitch and see that Esteban Cambiasso plays for Leicester City and it's not a dream.
TheSomersetFox Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Kingy signing a new deal/every time he plays for us and adds to his appearance record/pointing to the badge after his West Ham goal
Albert Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 The atmosphere we created in the last 4 home games especially the first 10mins against Swansea made me realise how important it is to always back the team 100% regardless of how bad the situation. The effect we as fans have had on the teams performance recently should inspire us all going forward. I really hope it doesn't stop the moment a clappers not put in your seat! Would love us all, and the atmosphere we create to be the envy of every other football fan across the Country. Also it probably won't be considered a small moment but when Vards bulleted that ball into the bottom corner away at West Brom and the absolute carnage that followed will live with me forever. That was the moment I think everyone truly believed something special was about to happen & together we never looked back
Raj Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Yep...atmosphere in the last few games. Modern football and all that crap...IF we want WE can!!!!
lgfualol Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Liam Moore's run vs Stoke at the end of the game http://gfycat.com/FluidWelllitFox

Fox_in_a_Box Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 The time we drew 0-0 against Sunderland and secured survival in the premier league.
lgfualol Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Broken link? Hm, it works for me. You're going to have to take my word for it that it happened.
foxfanazer Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Cambiasso celebrating like it means the world to him. The atmosphere since West Ham Wes having Lukaku in his back pocket in the first game
Karljohn Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Wasyl tackle v Newcastle, that pass from Esteban v Chelsea. .Rooney losing his dummy. Wasyl stranglehold on Lambert.
Guest Bilo Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 That pass from De Laet for Vardy's goal against Manchester United. Often overlooked, but it was perfectly timed and weighted. Beautiful. Watching the belief of the squad grow after the win against West Ham. Wasilewski going through a Geordie with a scissor tackle. Cambiasso passing the ball after being knocked to the ground against Chelsea. The roar from the away fans after our win at Hull - such relief after months of rubbish. The tifo against Newcastle.
