If you're half decent at your job, you don't get fired (Look at the job Jimmy-Floyd is doing). For all the moaning & whinging Campbell and Roberts have done, why don't they become managers? Ironically the ones who mention race aren't 'blacks' (as you put it) but those people on forums like this one moaning how they play the race card. And if the 'blacks' do mention race it's often in reply when asked about it.

Derby are worse right now but I dont know why Forest arent pressuring them higher, Keogh looks a liability against pace and any trickery. Derby are mostly pointlessly spreading it around the back, lofting up for dead weight captain Martin and when they do break through and get outside the box they just blast it over repeatedly, its dire. Mills - Hobbs combo at the back for the twigs aswell
