Shame he's called it quits, he was just about to enter a goalkeeper's best years. Could've or should've pushed for a League One club, if not lower-Championship club starting spot.

His passion is his horses he has quite a few & playing football just was a bonus. As we all know he wasn't that interested in playing week in week out.

Heard from a relative that's close to him & his misses that whilst he was here in his final 2 years of his contract he was earning £8000 a week.

You'd think he could have squeezed a few more years at decent money out of another club.

I remember him being on loan at Bristol Rovers a few years back when they were in league 1 and he was fantastic. They got relegated but he was a shining light in goal and very very popular. He could/should have gone straight back into a decent league 1 side on decent money I personally think!

If he's got the money and isn't that bothered about moving/playing in a lower league fair play to him. He's set himself up for a long time at such a young age.

Is it too late to give him a squad number so he can get a Premier League medal?

Jesus Id sooner give it to Pearson , Conrad has been nicking a living off football for a decade no need to let him nick a premier league medal

I know those wages are really nothing even at the Championship level, but man, pulling in half-a-mil to just train is pretty spectacular. Talk about a loyalty bonus in a sense.

It's huge money for a guy bordering on obese !

Amazing , he must be some talker old Conrad

A ruptured achillies, sustained in December 2014 while playing for Rochdale against Notts County, has kept the 29-year-old donegal man out of action, but he’s eyeing up a return next season

Maybe that's why they have him on the broadcast -- ey, if we paid you so much, you better actually do something fans will care about..!

He's literally gonna go there, train a couple times to get his beach body back and fvck off to Napa in the summer. All while earning a bit of extra pocket money.

Footballing equivalent of Andrew 'Beef' Johnston. Conrad 'Kebab' Logan, I'm sure if he went to the US he'd become a cult hero...heck, they'd even make him a DP.

I'm sorry he's not got a club at the moment, would be nice to hear of him getting sorted. I'm disappointed his heroics at Hibs hasn't earned him a deal somewhere. I heard he was on trial at MK Dons earlier in the summer but nothing since.

Yeah was definitely on trial at MK, they got 5 put past them in a game he played against a non league team though

At one point he was offered the chance to sign for Bristol Rovers. The money was about the same as at LCFC, but he would have been first team keeper.

Sums him up really, I suppose he was half decent in his field, but not really all that bothered with it.

If he was bothered, he wouldn't have been in such bad condition at times, and he would have made the move to play first team football.

I was always hoping we would replace him as you don't get anywhere with players that don't bother.

Supposed to be a decent lad though.

It wasn't, it was a little less, but with bonuses would easily have been made up. I had the figures, but forget them now. I remember looking at it myself and thinking you would have done it for first team football. Sure it was about £30k a year difference before bonuses.

So basically would have made the money up and had a career as a first team footballer.

I'm not going to argue as we both think we know best lol disagree respectfully
