Itsthejoeker Posted 23 May 2015 Posted 23 May 2015 Credit to the guy, 14 years service anywhere in any job is admirable.
Guest Col city fan Posted 23 May 2015 Posted 23 May 2015 Credit to the guy, 14 years service anywhere in any job is admirable. Why is it admirable? He's simply stayed put, picked up good wages for not playing much football, and kept his head down. Just makes sense I guess. Admirable though? Why? I think he's been very fortunate to have earnt an awful lot of money, relatively speaking, for being an ok keeper, in the right place at the right time.
PAULCFC Posted 23 May 2015 Posted 23 May 2015 Was his last appearance for us in the leauge cup against WBA a few years back?
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 23 May 2015 Posted 23 May 2015 The old pie related jokes are running a bit thin aren't they (no pun intended). A bit of originality is needed. Yeah, also in that that's a notorious photo from about 10 years ago when he was in worse shape. With him leaving and having always stuck around in case he was needed, maybe it wouldn't hurt to show a bit of respect? Rather than "Logan's fat. And GTF is fat. They ate a load of pies hurhur". Personally I thought he looked an alright shot-stopper in some of the pre-match warm-ups but with us having so many more experienced keeper options now, it's clear he'd never feature for the first team again Best of luck to you Conrad, wish you well in your future
PAULCFC Posted 23 May 2015 Posted 23 May 2015 Logan v Chris Powell at pens in many of our away games a few of years ago. L1 i think.
Lesta2014 Posted 24 May 2015 Posted 24 May 2015 Is he still injured? Didn't he do Achilles at Rochdale earlier in season? Doubt he'd be back from that already!
lcfc"weasel" Posted 24 May 2015 Posted 24 May 2015 Was his last appearance for us in the leauge cup against WBA a few years back? Carlisle in the cup 2 years ago.
weller54 Posted 24 May 2015 Posted 24 May 2015 Is he still injured? Didn't he do Achilles at Rochdale earlier in season? Doubt he'd be back from that already! Yer he will.. He has sessions in the freezer at Iceland when he's shopping for his pies..

'Stuck around in case he was needed', did he balls, he was a third rate keeper who had the good fortune to be asked to serve as a reserve for over a decade. The amount of times we drafted in an emergency loan rather than play him tells you something, as does the calibre of club he was loaned to. To mention how good he looked in per match kick abouts...
ousefox Posted 24 May 2015 Posted 24 May 2015 Conrad Logan @conradlogan 8h8 hours ago Last game as a @OfficialFOXES player tomorrow. It's been a pleasure to be part off for 14 seasons.Wish everyone the best for the future #lcfc Trying to rewrite history there Conrad. You mean mostly off.
howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 24 May 2015 Posted 24 May 2015 He can now retire to William Hills in Birstall.
Bettsj2 Posted 24 May 2015 Posted 24 May 2015 Was really starting to think the only things that could survive a nuclear bomb were cockroaches and Conrads contract of employment. Bye Conrad you big shit bastard.
LCCFox96 Posted 24 May 2015 Posted 24 May 2015 Time to move him on to develop his own career. At 29 he needs to settle at a decent League 1 club and establish himself as #1 GK at a club at that level. He has the ability to do that and all Leicester fans should wish him well. We've had a few appearances, years worth of a loyal deputy to our #1 and few laughs at his expense too. Good luck Conrad!
Danno Posted 24 May 2015 Posted 24 May 2015 Yer he will.. He has sessions in the freezer at Iceland when he's shopping for his pies..Do you ever stop with the shite jokes you weird, weird man.
Lestoh Posted 24 May 2015 Posted 24 May 2015 fvck me, never realised how big he actually is/was. Still our token benchwarmer tho, will be missed.
josh_baskin Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 Not sure if he frequents many games but anyone else spot him queuing up for a burger at half time in SK1?

Bluearmyfox28 Posted 3 February 2016 Posted 3 February 2016 His passion is his horses he has quite a few & playing football just was a bonus. As we all know he wasn't that interested in playing week in week out. Heard from a relative that's close to him & his misses that whilst he was here in his final 2 years of his contract he was earning £8000 a week.
