Larry_LCFC Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Nice one Norwich. We can bury Man City on Monday now.
MC Prussian Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Thank you, Norwich! Taking points off a potential title contender is to be celebrated.
Monk Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Great result, another chance to extend the gap on Monday.
Hammered Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Would be so amusing if West Ham sneaked into the Top 4 at the expense of Man City or Arsenal, too.
Corky Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Excellent result, we have the same goals for and against record as Man City but 9 more points. Make it 12 on Monday and that should be them completely gone from the race.
sdb Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Still think they're in the race...just. If we win on Monday and they drop points vs. Utd then I'll agree they're out of it. But their run in is pretty kind and certainly better than Arsenal's.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Good result! Now to cap off a perfect weekend just need Villa to pick up anything tomorrow!
Koke Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Norwich are pretty shocking though. They try hard but lack quality. Terrible side. I don't think they will stay up.

ThaiFox Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Good result! Now to cap off a perfect weekend just need Villa to pick up anything tomorrow! Agreed! I'd love them to draw or win, but I suspect spuds will thrash them, because Villa are dire and the only thing Villa will pick up is the seat covers their fans will be throwing at them after yet another heavy defeat! I don't like the goal difference spuds have over us, it would be gut wrenching enough for them to pip us for the P/L, but the thought of them winning it on goal difference over us would be a total disaster. This season is far from over and we need to focus only on our matches. Win them and no-one will get near us.
whetstonefox Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 I know we want to win the league but finishing top 3 and getting straight into the Champions league group stages took a big step forward today. It's crazy to even be writing this but there we are!
Torten Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Bournemouth have done bloody well this year and you can't deny Howe has done a good job.
weller54 Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Bournemouth on great form..and play Spuds next week!!!
whetstonefox Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Just think next season we'll have Bournemouth and Burnley in the PL!
FireFox Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 How is that a red? Against Mane... hardly a yellow.
weller54 Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 That will be Mane suspended against us right? That will be rescinded!! ... Hahaha Sheep were 3-0 up with ten minutes left.. Ended 3-3!!!
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Important win for Bournemouth. I've thought for a short while now they will stay up, I just think they have enough within their squad to stay in the league. They play nice football and considering the injuries they've had, Eddie Howe has done a superb job there. He's made some smart signings and they've proved to have been beneficial for him. Regarding Swansea, again I think they have enough to stay in the division, I feel they will stay up. Sigurosson scored again today for the Swans, I really rate him.
weller54 Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Pearson for the Middlesborough job? ...think that's made for him!
promised land Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 That draw takes us a shade of odds on now Jeff's just said 11/10 on I think. Unbelievable Jeff.
Matt Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Jeff's just said 11/10 on I think. Unbelievable Jeff. 10/11.
Corky Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 For all the talk of the Britannia Stadium being a fortress, Stoke have lost 6 home matches this season.
midland_red Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 So glad to see Bournemouth win again. Not mathematically safe but edging towards it. They show what can be achieved really - all credit to them. If only Norwich can squeeze it..(does anyone know how long it has been since all three promoted clubs stayed up?) Really want Newcastle to go down, totally sick of their 'big club' sense of entitlement.
