Bramhall Fox Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Love this thread and looking back at some of these. It could also lead to 2 more threads: 1. The Marshall goal in Madrid has one of my favourite ever clips of Leicester away fans going bonkers - utter chaos and disbelief. WBA away this year is also in amongst them. 2. The Walsh equaliser vs. Arsenal features one of my favourite ever clips of commentary - must have watched/listened about 500 times! Great to see these iconic goals and celebrations. And I have to agree with Harry; I've never been one to enjoy the pre-planned ones as much. It's always the elation and virtual disbelief that mean so much more.
Beliall Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAL! sool BAMBA
Stevosevic Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 That just reminds me how much i dislike Neil Danns and the people that thought he was a good player
The Doctor Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Trevor Benjamins break-dancing was brilliant and awful in equal measures, but I'd have to go for Knocky vs Huddersfield in that 6-1, running around pretending to be a plane, looked like a toddler who was delighted and had no idea how you're supposed to express that delight.
MPH Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Found one from Gary Taylor fletcher once he found out that pizza was on the menu at the training ground...
BoneDog Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Oh the memories in this thread! Izzet had some crackers. His one vs Spurs where he just legged it towards the Carling Stand and he said afterwards he nearly ran down the tunnel. Was that game on a Monday night live on Sky? Would love to get hold of a dvd or torrent of that game if anyone knows if there is one.
copunk Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Trevor benjamin attempting to break dance has got to be up there Bugger, beat me to it
Danno Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Not a fan of these planned celebrations at all. Just means the player saw it as an opportunity to show off rather than do whatever comes naturally after the joy of scoring. Cambiasso v Everton probably my fave of this season too, almost looked like he was crying after he'd put it in. How boring
Gary Eatfood Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 You're the second person to mention Muzzy against forest, but the only one I remember like that was Gallagher. Does anyone have a clip? About 5.20 in, doesn't kick the corner flag, just does a little Jackie Chan tribute.
ronnup Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Breakdancing Benjamin. Best celebration by any player ever.
FoxyMusic Posted 30 May 2015 Posted 30 May 2015 Didn't kyle naughon also do a surfing celebration?! I also liked the casual drinkwater celebration against reading last year.
StanSP Posted 30 May 2015 Author Posted 30 May 2015 Didn't kyle naughon also do a surfing celebration?! I also liked the casual drinkwater celebration against reading last year. yep against Scunthorpe with Waghorn (?)
cc_star Posted 30 May 2015 Posted 30 May 2015 David Speedie's dive when he first scored for us And of course, my sig
Harry - LCFC Posted 30 May 2015 Posted 30 May 2015 He's becoming the new Kitchandro Oh come on Brooksy, all I said was that I prefer demonstrations of passion to rehearsed attempts at showing off. You might disagree, fair enough, but it's hardly some sort of irrational anger on my part. I suspect you'd probably side with me if it were in a cup final.
Webbo Posted 30 May 2015 Posted 30 May 2015 I quite liked Ulloa's hand pointing up to the sky when he scored that penalty the other week.
StanSP Posted 30 May 2015 Author Posted 30 May 2015 I quite liked Ulloa's hand pointing up to the sky when he scored that penalty the other week. totally didn't understand that . think it was against Newcastle.
