We've not progressed one bit since a god-awful World Cup and people make excuses for it. Hodgson's extremely lucky that there's no obvious alternative. He should be out.

They said that after we failed to qualify for Euro 2008, it didn't happen.

A lot of people supported Roy after the World Cup which was, IMO, an absolute bloody disaster. And to be fair, we've done well in this group. But as soon as we come up against anyone half decent, we look to be lacking. And it's the same shite. Rooney starts every game, we play players out of position and we have no clear game plan. Finally, we are utterly boring to watch. This is the England team... Surely there's got to be someone who can take this bunch of players (and I'm not saying they are world-beaters...they aren't), and just make them look better than this.

We have a winger who hasn't started for two months playing. We have a centre back woeful at right back. A left winger whose more bothered about his breakfast and potential wages.
