Jobs you'd hate to do

Recommended Posts

I'd hate to work on a till of some sort.

Sorry, but it's not difficult to get yourself the qualifications/experience to get a better job.

Isn't it?

Jobs don't grow on trees.

paramedic - fair play to those who do it - but I'm not one for spending my whole working life under that kind of pressure. I'm too easy-going lol. Same goes for jobs like Air Traffic Controller or a surgeon doing complex operations.

on the other hand, I also wouldn't like jobs which involve grime and rubbish - binmen, sewage inspectors (or anything going in to drains and being surrounded by shit and infested waters).

Doctor, soldier and train ticket inspector.

True on that last one.

Must be hard moving on a moving train, with a thing around your neck having to answer back to cheeky kids and drunks

It's actually quite enjoyable, the downside is the pay not the job, you can usually mix it up with a bit of shelf stacking so you get more exercise than an office job, it is customer facing, no deadlines, no reports, no computer screens, no phone calls, no emails, no office politics, no unpaid overtime, discounted goods.
