ScouseFox Posted 14 July 2015 Posted 14 July 2015 bit upset that that independant article stated we were all "disillusioned or full of terror" when preki was mentioned. what about the ones who were having the time of their lives hoping for the best appointment ever?

No mention of Graham Smith either. Like reporting on the Grand National and forgetting to mention there were horses.
Fox92 Posted 14 July 2015 Posted 14 July 2015 As much as I like Cambiasso, top player no doubting that, we're generally pinning our hopes on a 34 year old staying which sums up a lot. We need to buy a better midfielder regardless of whether Cambiasso stays or not.

I don't think anyone disputes the fact we need another centre mid even if cambiasso signs, but the man is a massive influence during the games. He is like a 2nd manager but on the pitch. I'd fear for us next season if we lose him as well...

I wish he'd just sign or say 'no' so we can plan more effectively.

I wish he'd just sign or say 'no' so we can plan more effectively. We've had a manager one whole day, he would've been stupid to sign before we got a manager. Now he has chance to speak to the manager and decide. It'll be wrapped up, either way, by Friday at the latest!
NewquayFox Posted 14 July 2015 Posted 14 July 2015 Said he would sign and he will, problem could be does Ranieri want Cambiasso..... Up the City....
promised land Posted 14 July 2015 Posted 14 July 2015 Said he would sign and he will, problem could be does Ranieri want Cambiasso..... Up the City.... We are constantly told it's OUR club, OUR city. We want him so he should listen to the masses.
Jace Posted 14 July 2015 Posted 14 July 2015 Cambiasso isn't just some 34 year old He will be some 35 year old when the season starts again
smudger63 Posted 14 July 2015 Posted 14 July 2015 Well having looked at today`s photos from the Austrian training camp, Rudkin seems to be over there, so if Cambiasso`s brother has been negotiating with anyone today, it probably wasn`t with us.

This, I love estaban and hope he stays but our future can't rely on him even if he does stay we need a permanent centre mid now

Would hope that after all this time, the negotiations were already done and he was waiting for a manager to be appointed before committing either way.

I love Esteban as much as anyone but with the manager situation as well I just want us to be sorted as soon as possible and ready for the new season. Hopefully he signs tomorrow and we can all relax and look forwards!

Babylon Posted 14 July 2015 Posted 14 July 2015 Hopefully someone invents a phone to enable us to talk to himI'm on it... Whilst I'm at it I'm going to invent a form of electronic communication that lets you send messages and documents to others down wires to a giant network of linked systems.
