Wilson_6 Posted 15 July 2015 Posted 15 July 2015 Maybe he is waiting until after our pre season games. Can you imagine him playing against Mansfield Town I hope he does. Taking my 3 year old son to his first match

billyfox1 Posted 15 July 2015 Posted 15 July 2015 It's hard for them to monitor overnight. Easier to just take it down. If you think you know he's signing, then it's easy money, even at 1/5. At some point, the bookie will pull the plug on the market. The more I think about this, the more sense it would make for him to go to the states. Or even somewhere equally passionate (as here) about the game like turkey for the experience. If he does re sign here, I think it says a lot about his feelings for the future for the club and his desire to be part of that. Cambiasso's name is mentioned in a lot of Turkish tweets and press this morning. nnfox Posted 15 July 2015 Posted 15 July 2015 I don't like the opening paragraph of this short article from an Argentinian site http://deportes.terra.com.ar/futbol/el-italiano-claudio-ranieri-dirigira-al-leicester-city-seguira-cambiasso,a950f72b5a1a5cd83f04c1c3d021ab5fob4lRCRD.html Italian coach Claudio Ranieri, who led Juventus, Chelsea and Monaco among others, will take over Leicester City next season, announced Monday the club in the Premier League, which could complicate the continuity of Argentine Esteban Cambiasso.
Fox 4 Life Posted 15 July 2015 Posted 15 July 2015 That Bursapor story hints they have discussed a management or coaching role with him. His brother said he wasn't interested in that yet. I assume they mean because a new manager may not want him rather than the other way around.

ealingfox Posted 15 July 2015 Posted 15 July 2015 Good enough for me and they have shouted it for weeks. Welcome back Esteban.
RowlattsFox Posted 15 July 2015 Posted 15 July 2015 Well that's a pretty certain claim, hope its true. Lets hope it's not one season too far him Genuinely think he could be our next boss if Ranieri has a decent time here.
whoareyaaa Posted 15 July 2015 Posted 15 July 2015 Got faith in Fourth Official was right all last transfer window. Great news if true!!!
ozleicester Posted 15 July 2015 Posted 15 July 2015 see the thread title.... we are doing this wrong, can someone ask Mrs C?
qwerty123 Posted 15 July 2015 Posted 15 July 2015 He's signed a 1 year contract. It's a new contract rather than an extension. As posted elsewhere he was waiting for he manager situation to be sorted before formally agreeing the deal. I think it's fair to assume that the owners 'big name' policy will begin to pay off with signing like this. We are targeting higher profile players now. Kante due to discuss/agree terms later this week. New bid for Austin next week.
